We're looking for a motivated Quality System Engineer to help us push the boundaries of product excellence. If you have a background in manufacturing quality and a drive for optimization, let’s talk!

Key Responsibilities

  • Standards Leadership: Drive and manage the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards across the organization.
  • Documentation Management: Develop, monitor, and update the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
  • Internal Auditing: Plan and execute regular internal audits (ISO 9001, 14001, etc.) to ensure compliance.
  • External Audit Support: Lead the preparation for external audits and provide guidance to teams during the process.
  • Corrective Actions: Implement and track action plans to address any identified non-conformities or gaps.
  • Training & Awareness: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build a culture of quality and environmental awareness.
  • Regulatory Watch: Maintain an active watch on all relevant regulatory and normative updates.

Technical & Personal Skills

  • Standards Expertise: Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • Tools & Methods: Proficiency in document management, audit methodologies, and standard Quality tools.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Methodical & Rigorous: A sharp eye for detail and organized execution.
  • Pedagogical: Ability to simplify complex standards for diverse teams.
  • Communication: Strong listening skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality Management, or a bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) with significant professional experience in the field.

Business Controller

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Preparing and controlling the production cost budget including monitoring and analyzing deviations on different production cost drivers
  • Preparing, controlling and initiating improvement actions on monthly manufacturing cost results
  • Calculation of sales price tables
  • Revision of investment projects incl. payback time calculations
  • Participating in month end closing process and supporting Financial Manager in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports preparation
  • Close cooperation with local Management in the area of analysis and cost control
  • Participating in budgeting process and supporting Financial Manager in budget reports preparation


Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will hold a master degree within Finance or Controlling
  • Must be able to demonstrate practical knowledge of financial and managerial accounting principles (incl. budgeting and cost calculation)
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Controlling or Finance preferably in production environment (ideally on international level)
  • Very good Excel application skills
  • Very good English language skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, IFRS as well as BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) would be an advantage
  • Independent working style; highly structured; Number-Cruncher; good communication skills; drive on results

Process Technician

Mission

  • Support the engineering team in solving product-related issues
  • Assist in creating and updating product documentation and specifications
  • Learn and contribute to the maintenance of product Bills of Materials (BOM)

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Help update BOMs and technical specifications (PAS, CAS) under supervision
  • Assist in identifying spare part references using catalogs and databases
  • Participate in resolving basic quality issues and non-conformities
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to improve product documentation
  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives through data collection and analysis
  • Help maintain technical datasheets and product catalogs
  • Support validation processes for new components
  • Help Sourcing and Purchasing teams on spare part issues

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in team discussions on product quality and safety
  • Engage in training and development activities to build technical expertise
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes and documentation

Social & Ethical Conduct

  • Follow company policies on ethics, conduct, and workplace behavior
  • Respect internal regulations and team collaboration standards

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering

Experience

  • 0-3 years in a similar technical or engineering role
