Your Role: Buyer

As a Buyer, you will be an integral part of our ERT team, contributing to the timely satisfaction of production needs while adhering to inventory plans and cost‑reduction objectives.
You will work alongside passionate colleagues in a flat organizational structure where your voice matters and your professional development is a priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place and track supplier orders
  • Coordinate with logistics, planning & finance teams
  • Resolve delivery delays and ensure timely shipments
  • Communicate professionally with suppliers in English
  • Maintain accurate records and systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Education Level: Bac +3 or equivalent required
  • Strong Communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Organized, solution-oriented, and a team player
  •  Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems

Quality System Enginner

We're looking for a motivated Quality System Engineer to help us push the boundaries of product excellence. If you have a background in manufacturing quality and a drive for optimization, let’s talk!

Key Responsibilities

  • Standards Leadership: Drive and manage the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards across the organization.
  • Documentation Management: Develop, monitor, and update the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
  • Internal Auditing: Plan and execute regular internal audits (ISO 9001, 14001, etc.) to ensure compliance.
  • External Audit Support: Lead the preparation for external audits and provide guidance to teams during the process.
  • Corrective Actions: Implement and track action plans to address any identified non-conformities or gaps.
  • Training & Awareness: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build a culture of quality and environmental awareness.
  • Regulatory Watch: Maintain an active watch on all relevant regulatory and normative updates.

Technical & Personal Skills

  • Standards Expertise: Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • Tools & Methods: Proficiency in document management, audit methodologies, and standard Quality tools.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Methodical & Rigorous: A sharp eye for detail and organized execution.
  • Pedagogical: Ability to simplify complex standards for diverse teams.
  • Communication: Strong listening skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality Management, or a bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) with significant professional experience in the field.
