As Senior Project Designer, you’ll help shape imaginative playground and fitness environments that bring joy to communities across Australia. This role blends creativity, technical depth, and meaningful impact.

Designing World-Class Playgrounds and Outdoor Fitness solutions

In this role, you will take the lead in designing and documenting playground and fitness projects from the earliest concept through to final technical layouts. You’ll ensure every design meets Australian Standards (AS4685), accessibility guidelines, and our internal design principles. Your work will involve close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Installation, Marketing, and the KOMPAN Design Studio in Denmark, as well as occasional direct presentations to clients.

You’ll manage multiple projects at once, balancing creativity with precision, and you’ll play an important part in strengthening our internal design processes. As a senior member of the team, you will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping maintain high quality across all deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and documenting playground and fitness projects from concept to completion
  • Producing accurate technical drawings in AutoCAD and ensuring full compliance with AS4685
  • Creating visually engaging presentations that clearly communicate design intent
  • Coordinating custom product development with KOMPAN Design Studio (DK)
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Presenting design solutions to clients when required
  • Managing multiple projects while maintaining design integrity and timelines

Driving Quality Through Creativity and Teamwork

You have proven experience in design - ideally within landscape architecture, architecture, industrial design, or playground design - and you’re confident working across concept development, technical documentation, and cross‑team collaboration. You thrive and enjoy managing multiple priorities, and take pride in delivering high‑quality, compliant design solutions.

Moreover, we imagine you have/are:

  • A confident communicator who can clearly explain design ideas to colleagues, partners, and clients.
  • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, supported by experience with 3D tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in drawings and documentation.
  • Comfortable managing several projects at once while maintaining design integrity and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and motivated by creating solutions that meet real user and client needs.
  • Curious and adaptable, with an interest in staying up to date on materials, safety standards, and design trends.

What will you do?

As our Area Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of a defined territory in the southern region of Western Australia. You’ll work closely with the existing sales team while driving your own pipeline and shaping the region’s growth.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business to grow revenue and market share. 
  • Qualifying leads, sourcing and developing new opportunities for growth. 
  • Identifying new customers through building sustainable relationships with key customers - including industry bodies and specialists.  
  • Preparing and executing sales action plans for the territory. 

Is this you?

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a mix of commercial drive, technical understanding, and relationship‑building strength. Ideally, you can say "yes" to several of the following:

  • 5+ years’ experience in detailed specification selling. 
  • B2B technical sales experience in Construction, Architectural or Engineering.
  • Well connected with local government authorities.
  • Strong relationship builder and influencer.

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Australian team in Geebung. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across our playground and outdoor fitness product ranges. This role suits someone who thrives on proactive outreach, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and understands the commercial construction or landscape industry

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively contact prospective and existing customers to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound enquiries and support the external sales team with leads and 
  • quotes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including councils, schools, 
  • architects, and contractors.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotes, and tenders with accuracy and 
  • attention to detail.
  • Manage CRM records to ensure all customer interactions and opportunities are 
  • tracked and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outbound campaigns and follow up on generated leads
  • Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project handover and excellent customer experience

Results-Driven Inside Sales Professional 
You have proven experience in inside sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the commercial construction, landscaping, or building products sector. 

In this role, you will have various tasks within inside sales and marketing. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Moreover, we imagine you have/are:

  • Confident communicator with a professional and engaging phone manner.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (we use Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite
