Drive Outreach, Build Client Relationships & Support Sales Growth
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Australian team in Geebung. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across our playground and outdoor fitness product ranges. This role suits someone who thrives on proactive outreach, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and understands the commercial construction or landscape industry
Your key responsibilities include:
- Proactively contact prospective and existing customers to identify new sales opportunities.
- Qualify inbound enquiries and support the external sales team with leads and
- quotes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including councils, schools,
- architects, and contractors.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotes, and tenders with accuracy and
- attention to detail.
- Manage CRM records to ensure all customer interactions and opportunities are
- tracked and up to date.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outbound campaigns and follow up on generated leads
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project handover and excellent customer experience
Results-Driven Inside Sales Professional
You have proven experience in inside sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the commercial construction, landscaping, or building products sector.
In this role, you will have various tasks within inside sales and marketing. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Moreover, we imagine you have/are:
- Confident communicator with a professional and engaging phone manner.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficient with CRM systems (we use Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite
