We are looking for a Global Training & Development Manager to help us systematically develop our people across the organisation and support our ongoing growth.

You will join our Group HR team and collaborate closely with colleagues across countries and functions. Your role will be to identify development needs within teams, design meaningful learning initiatives, and support colleagues in achieving their best performance in line with business needs.

You will also contribute to the further development of the KOMPAN Academy - making it more accessible to employees and enriching it with practical training (both internal and external) that supports their day-to-day work.

Key responsibilities:

• Mapping development needs across the organisation (role-based approach) 
• Designing and implementing global training plans aligned with strategic initiatives
• Creating training materials and development programmes 
• Developing and managing learning and training tools (including LMS and other systems) 
• Evaluating training impact and continuously improving programmes 
• Collaborating with managers and local teams worldwide 
• Expanding and strengthening the KOMPAN Academy to serve all employees
• Ensuring training supports compliance requirements across markets
• Occasional travel, primarily to headquarters in Denmark and to local markets to deliver on‑ground training and work with regional partners

Your profile: Who are we bringing on board?

• Experience in Training & Development within an international environment and a proven track record in this area
• Knowledge of LMS platforms, training tools, and online learning methods 
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
