Want to shape the next generation of the world’s first Tubular Transport Running System (TTRS), TubeLock®?

We are looking for skilled aluminium welders to support the fabrication and maintenance of our patented TubeLock® in Esbjerg, Denmark. The role involves precision welding, assembly, and quality control of aluminium components used in offshore lifting and handling operations. 

Your tasks

  • Perform high-quality welding on aluminium components (primarily TIG) in accordance with our procedures and industry standards. 
  • Fabricate and assemble TubeLock® parts.
  • Quality control, measurement and documentation.
  • Maintain welding equipment, tools, and a clean workspace.
  • Collaboration across workshop, planning and QA - with a high focus on safety.

Your qualifications

  • Certified welder with documented competence in aluminium TIG welding or solid relevant experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • A forklift certificate is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fabrication team.
  • Comfortable working in Danish or English, both languages are supported in our company.

Operator, Robot welding

Robotic welding machine operator for TubeLock® production

We are looking for a robotic welding machine operator to run and monitor our automated welding system used in the fabrication of TubeLock® components in Esbjerg, Denmark. The role is hands-on and technical, involving setup, programming adjustments, quality checks, and coordination with the fabrication team to ensure consistent, high-quality aluminium welds. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust the robotic machine for aluminium fabrication
  • Prepare parts and welding programs for production
  • Perform routine inspections to verify weld quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Collaborate with welders to optimise welding sequences
  • Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of robotic welding cells
  • Document production results and quality deviations
  • Follow company procedures and maintain a safe working environment

Your qualifications

  • Experience operating robotic welding systems (ABB or similar)
  • Understanding of aluminium welding characteristics (TIG processes)
  • Ability to read drawings and welding specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on repeatable quality
  • Basic troubleshooting capabilities (mechanical, electrical, or programming)
  • Comfortable working in Danish or English, both languages are supported in our company.
  • A forklift certificate is a plus.
  • Desirable background in automated manufacturing or CNC operation.
  • Welding certification (not required but an advantage)

  • Klargjøre og pakke utstyr etter behov
  • Inspisere returnert utstyr
  • Være Global Gravity sin representant på kunders rørbaser

Profesjonell bakgrunn:

  • Erfaring med fysisk arbeid
  • Grunnleggende datakunnskaper
  • Gyldig førerkort
  • Erfaring med løfteutstyr er en fordel
  • Erfaring med OCTG er en fordel

Are you our new Operational Coordinator? 

As our Operational Coordinator in Tananger, you will join our local team in Norway and be part of the Global Gravity organisation with great colleagues around the world. In this role you will be the vital link between our operations team and clients, ensuring smooth project execution from planning to delivery. You will help coordinate day-to-day operational activities, support project documentation, and make sure our TubeLock systems are delivered and maintained to the highest standards.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate offshore and onshore operations in collaboration with the operations team.
  • Manage project documentation, scheduling, and logistics tracking.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Support operational planning and ensure readiness of equipment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across our operational processes.

 

Who you are

You are organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy being at the centre of coordination between people, equipment, and deadlines. In addition, you are experienced in operations, logistics, or coordination, preferably within oil & gas or offshore industries:
