Do you want a key role in a fast-growing international company where finance, structure, and global expansion go hand in hand?
Global Gravity is looking for a Business Controller who will take full ownership of financial data and reporting across our global entities and support our continued growth into new markets. You will become a trusted financial sparring partner to the CEO and work closely with both local and regional managers worldwide.

Your Role

As our new Business Controller, you will be responsible for all financial data in Global Gravity ApS and our subsidiaries in Norway, the UK, Australia, and Qatar. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and a solid financial structure across the group, while supporting our continued expansion into new markets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an international environment and enjoys combining operational finance with strategic growth initiatives.

You will report directly to the CEO of Global Gravity and have leadership responsibility for our Financial Assistant. You will also work closely together with the Group CFO of our parent company.

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

• Responsibility for all financial data across Global Gravity ApS and subsidiaries
• Financial controlling, reporting, and support to management and board
• Registration and setup of legal entities in new markets
• Ongoing contact with local auditors, banks, and lawyers
• Ensuring compliance with local accounting and reporting requirements
• Handling transfer pricing structures and international tax
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes
• Close collaboration with regional managers globally
• Financial sparring partner for the CEO

Your Profile

We imagine that you have:

• A relevant educational background such as HD(R), Cand.merc., Degree in Financial Management (Finansøkonom)
• Knowledge and experience within a global finance setup
• Strong analytical skills and a structured mindset
• The ability to work independently and take ownership
• 3-5 years' experience from a similar role
• Sharp business sense
• Strong communication skills in English
