Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Junior Graphic Designer/Artworker is to create and deliver high-quality graphics and illustrations, working closely with the wider Design and Sales Teams to ensure that all graphics are completed in a timely manner to customers briefs and requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Creation of eye-catching presentation boards from product images
• Use schemes provided by the Sales Team on our bespoke in-house 3D sales software to create renders for presentation boards 
• Creation of bespoke signs - candidate must be able to follow specifications
• Creation of graphic assets for our design and bid teams to progress the quality of our presentations
• Can work to deadlines, turn work around quickly

Skills & experience

• Ideal role for a recent graduate of a Graphic Design related degree.
• Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign (essential) and have experience of asset management in Adobe Creative Suite
• Use of Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (desirable) 
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritising to meet deadlines
• The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, but collaborate with other departments on projects as needed
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset, always looking to improve efficiencies and positively influence KOMPAN through a collaborative approach
• Passion for play, outdoor environments, and inclusive design
