As part of our New Way of Working toward Process Excellence, we are currently looking for an experienced, self-driven and structured Business Process Specialist to establish and develop Business Process Manager competencies in our company.

As our Business Process Specialist in the department IT, ERP & PEX, you will be the Go-to person for Business Process Management (BPM) standard and governance, supporting our business to map, analyze and improve the processes.
You must thrive across our entire end-to-end business landscape and acting as a facilitator between the different business areas and IT.
Key Responsibilities
On short-term, your key assignment is to support the Go-live of our new ERP platform:
- Develop standard process framework (BPMN) and process documentation tools
- Map, analyse and document end-2-end business processes on both high- and detail level
- Support Test manager in designing end-2-end test cases and analysing process issues
- Participate in the development of Process, Application and Data Integrated Governance
On longer-term, your key assignments will include:
- Maintain and develop our end-to-end process landscape and their Governance framework
- Develop BPM competencies locally in our business areas through on-the-job trainings
- Conduct yearly assessment of the end-2-end processes against their strategic targets and propose improvements
- Drive process improvement projects and activities
- Conduct or support process mapping as requested by the business
More about you
The ideal candidate is a BPM expert with at least 2-3 years of experience as process consultant, or similar, and has gained documented experience with BPM framework and governance. To succeed in the role, you must also possess structured approach, a strong analytical mindset, and good facilitation skills.
There are several paths into this role, but most importantly, you:
- Hold a relevant degree in business admin, supply chain, engineering, IT or a related field
- Supplemented your educational background with certifications within BPM, Lean or similar
- Have documented experiences with BPM, Process improvement and workshop facilitation
- It will be considered as a plus, but not a requirement for the position, if you have experience within the fields of IT.
As a person, it is essential that you:
- Are good at interpersonal skills and confident in facilitating cross-functional collaboration
- Communicate clearly, professionally and timely to your stakeholders - in both Danish and English
- Work in a structured, but pragmatic, way to facilitate your stakeholders at their maturity level
- Self-driven from agreed direction and prioritization.
