Country Manager - DACH Region (Automotive Aftermarket)

Location: Germany or Silkeborg, Denmark | Travel: ~60-80 days/year

Are you a strategic sales leader with deep insights into the automotive independent aftermarket in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria? BORG Automotive is seeking a Country Manager to drive growth across the DACH region.

As part of a pan-European team, you'll lead market expansion, build strong customer relationships, and optimize brand presence for our four key brands: Elstock, Lucas, TMI, and DRI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve relationships with current customers
  • Grow sales through new business development and customer expansion.
  • Shape and execute market-specific strategies and pricing models.
  • Lead contract negotiations and strengthen key customer relationships.
  • Analyze and act on market trends, pricing, and financial KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and CRM pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns for your region.
  • Participate in shaping the overall commercial strategy for BORG Automotive Reman together with other country managers and the sales director

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in the German independent automotive aftermarket.
  • Strong B2B sales skills in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Driven, structured, and eager to make a real impact.
