The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Core Manager to lead our core team, ensuring efficient procurement and management of core parts for our remanufacturing processes. This role is pivotal in balancing our production needs with optimal stock levels to support our continuous growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee core procurement for all 8 remanufactured product groups within the company.

- Manage and develop our core vendor portfolio in collaboration with product managers.

- Ensure precise core purchase demand calculations to optimize net working capital and physical stock.

- Maintain core availability for R&D and production teams.

- Facilitate the sale of overstock cores and minimize backorders through effective collaboration with planning, purchasing, and production teams.

- Implement core purchase strategies in alignment with our global team’s goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven leadership in an international environment, managing remote teams effectively.

- Strong analytical skills.

- High commercial acumen with a solid track record in trading.

- Excellent teamwork capabilities and social intelligence, essential for thriving in a matrix-based organization.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS applications.

- Technical understanding of the automotive industry is highly advantageous.

ROLE PROFILE

As Sales Manager for Poland, you will be responsible for executing the sales plan for current customers and leads. The sales plan and must-win battles will be developed by your immediate manager, the Country Manager. Your role involves developing BORG's brands in Poland through local presence, customer events, factory visits and product trainings. It’s crucial that the candidate can build strong relationships with current and new customers. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the Polish aftermarket, excellent communication skills, in Polish and English, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As the candidate will be working for a company with headquarters in Denmark, it’s an advantage that the candidate has experience working remote for an international company.

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Execution of agreed sales targets and action plans;
  • Execution of agreed must-win battles;
  • Execution of cross-selling to current customers;
  • Execution of gap analysis;
  • Execution of lost-sales analysis;
  • Creating and closing opportunities with new customers;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Professional experience in automotive aftermarket field is essential;
  • Proven experience on the similar position in a multicultural environment;
  • Good command of English is essential;
  • Strong competences such as: verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence others and build strong relations; business understanding; ability to work independently, target orientation, proactive approach and initiative in action;
  • Availability for frequent business trips mainly across Poland.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Group IT Security Manager/Expert located either in Poland in the Lodz Metropolitan Area (Lodz / Zdunska Wola) or Denmark in Northern Jutland region (Silkeborg) with flexibility for some remote work. The Group IT Security Manager/Expert will be responsible for day-to-day IT security operations, managing and maintaining information security policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as designing, implementing, and monitoring the organization's security strategy. Other responsibilities include developing and implementing risk management strategies, coordinating security awareness and training programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on emerging security risks.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an IT security role, including experience in incident handling, vulnerability management, and security testing 
  • Experience in risk assessment methodologies, and security technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, authentication and access control systems)
  • Knowledge of IT security frameworks such as ISO-27001 or CIS-18 controls
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of cloud security technologies, cryptographic and key infrastructure protocols as well as professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA is a plus
