A prestigious client of our DMC partner is will be in Stockholm from May 7th to 11th, 2019.

We are looking for 27 transfer assistants to make our client’s guests smoothly cruise from one location to another in Stockholm and enjoy their stay.

The project will last 6 days (May 7h to 11th, 2019).

  • Requirement: Fluent English. Additional languages are a plus
  • Education and Experience: We are looking for candidates with experience in transfer assistance, group management. Tourist guiding experience are very much welcome. Degree and/or experience in Hospitality Management/Customer Service will be appreciated.
  • Salary and hours: 135 SEK/h and the number of hours for the project is on average 21 hours.

We are growing in Sweden so there will be opportunities to work with us on future events as well!

Our next recruitment session will take place on April 29th and 30th, at Arbetsförmedlingen, Tunnelgatan 3, 111 37 Stockholm.

We are looking to expand our team of sysadmins with an additional member.

What you will be doing

As a sysadmin, your main tasks will incorporate:

  • setting up and maintain network and system infrastructure according to requirements
  • setting up tools to track and monitor the overall health of the system
  • level 2 troubleshooting of issues and outages
  • maintaining technical documentation of the platform collaborating with the development team in terms of deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting issues
  • keeping the infrastructure compliant with the PCI DSS specification
  • potentially being part of 24/7 on-call duty rotation.

More than just colored crayons

You will need to have a mindset of self-motivation, professionalism, ambition and responsibility. The following experiences/competencies are desired:

  • Linux administration (DNS, proxy configuration, NTP, postfix, etc.)
  • networking, firewall rules and load balancing
  • web services (apache2, nginx)
  • server virtualization
  • automation tools (ansible)
  • database administration
  • IT security (especially PCI DSS compliance)
  • excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written) as it is our chosen language of communication

Good to have

It would be seen as positive, if you have experience:

  • in the payment industry (PCI-DSS)
  • with MySQL, Percona, Galera cluster, Cassandra and ZooKeeper
  • with AMQP (rabbitMQ) and distributed systems
  • in administration of cloud-based environments
  • with maintaining php and java (configuration and tuning)

En av Sveriges största medicinska konferenser kommer att äga rum på Svenska Mässan från den 15:e till 18:e Juni, 2019.

Vi söker efter 50 konferensassistenter, handledare och projektkoordinatorer för att göra denna kongress till en succé.

Projektet kommer att vara i 6 dagar (13-18 Juni 2019). växer i Sverige och det kommer att finnas möjligheter att arbeta med oss på andra event i framtiden.  

  • Krav: flytande engelska. Andra språkkunskaper är ett plus.
  • Utbildning och Erfarenhet: Vi söker efter kandidater med: Utbildning och/eller erfarenhet inom Hospitality Management/Customer Service eller Erfarenhet som konferensassistent för internationella konferenser/kongresser/event eller Arbetslivserfarenhet inom andra verksamhetsområden med överförbara kunskaper eller Tidigare erfarenhet från Svenska Mässan.
  • Ersättning och antal timmar: 135 SEK/h för våra konferensassistenter och arbetstiden för projektet beräknas att vara ungefär 25-50 timmar.  

Första intervjuerna kommer att ske den 15:e och 16:e April på Arbetsförmedlingen, Järnvågsgatan 3, 413 27 Göteborg.

Vi søger lige nu 10 værter og værtinder, som har lyst til at assistere på EU-kommissionens stand i Fields fra perioden d. 30. maj - 8. juni 2019.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil blandt andet være at byde gæsterne velkommen med et smil, hjælpe besøgende med at prøve Virtuel Reality, pynte standen op, holde overblik over antal gæster og udfylde rapporter om besøgende.  

Projektet varer 11 dage fra 0. maj - 8. juni.

  • Krav: flydende i dansk og engelsk.
  • Uddannelse og erfaring: Vi ser gerne, at du har en uddannelse inden for Hospitality Mangament, Customer Service eller erfaring som konferenceassistent fra internationale konferencer, kongresser, arrangementer, events eller lignende.
  • Løn: 127 DKK. Det forventes, at du skal arbejde 5-6 timer om dagen i perioden.
  • De første interviews vil blive afholdt midt april.

Du læser på en relevant videregående uddannelse det kan f.eks. være kommunikation, journalistik, retorik, digital kommunikation eller noget helt andet. Du mestrer det danske sprog til perfektion og har en stor interesse for digital marketing.
