This expansion calls for the professionalization of our risk management and insurance efforts, and we are seeking a dedicated Risk and Insurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in this transformation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As a Risk and Insurance Specialist at GPV you will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders such as managers on the local sites, multiple internal functions, insurance companies and brokers as well as our parent company Schouw & Co. Your responsibilities will include operational and strategic tasks such as:

  • Manage the global insurance programs: 
    • Prepare and conduct renewals in collaboration with our parent company, insurance broker and internal stakeholders
    • Ensure proper implementation of new insurance program globally
    • Advise local stakeholders on insurance matters including claim handling, coverage, conditions etc. 
    • Develop and continuously improve solid and transparent processes for insurance matters including internal charging, cost follow up etc. 

 

  • Manage global credit insurance program: 
    • Develop and enhance our global insurance program
    • Monitor and challenge sales organisation and local sites in the most efficient use of credit insurance
    • Develop and continuously develop efficient processes for credit management 
    • Support sales organisation and local sites with sharing best practices, specific case handling etc. 

 

  • Risk management: 
    • Increase our global risk awareness mindset
    • Monitor, challenge and support the local and global efforts to identify and mitigate risks (operational and strategic)
    • Prepare recurring risk reporting to GPV Executive Leadership Team, local management and other relevant stakeholders
    • Contributing to the development and execution of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes

 

You will be part of the newly established Compliance & Risk Management team, collaborating closely with VP for Compliance & Risk Management and colleagues in Denmark and Switzerland. Despite our global reach, our HQ in Vejle fosters an informal environment, where professionals from various levels interact regularly. Some travel is expected (2-4 times annually). 

 

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong experience in insurance, credit insurance, risk management and finance
  • Experience in an international company 
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) 
  • Strong communication skills and focus on close collaboration with many stakeholders
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a wide variety of tasks in different areas
  • Passion for both operational and strategic work

Om jobbet

Som tekniker hos GPV vil du i samarbejde med dine kollegaer være ansvarlig for sikker drift af vores maskinpark. På vores mekanikfabrik kan vi udføre en række forarbejdningsprocesser indenfor CNC, Stans, Laser, Svejsning, Buk, Montage og Overfladebehandling. Dette kræver en alsidig maskinpark, hvor vi hele tide arbejder på at automatisere med robotter og andre optimeringer.

Da vi er underleverandør af mekanik til nogle af verdens førende virksomheder indenfor forskellige brancher, er det vigtigt at produktionen kører sikkert og stabilt. En af dine vigtigste opgaver bliver at sikre dette. Derudover vil du være med i spændende projekter fx i forbindelse med udskiftning eller anskaffelse af maskiner. GPV udfører også service af produkter hos enkelte kunder, så du skal trives med at komme ud af fabrikken, selvom dette er en mindre del af jobbet. 

De primære arbejdsopgaver:

  • Optimere / udføre fast vedligehold på produktionsudstyr 
  • Fejlfinde på maskiner samt reparere ved nedbrud 
  • Installere / indkøre nyt udstyr 
  • Samarbejde med eksterne håndværkere samt sikre, at de overholder GPV’s interne regler 
  • Udskiftning af komponenter / vedligehold af bygninger 
  • Udføre særligt komplekse montageopgaver ad hoc når nødvendigt på produktionslinje 
  • Rejsedage kan forekomme i forbindelse med vedligehold på maskiner ved kunder

Vi tilbyder attraktive arbejdstider på daghold med ordnede forhold under Industriens Overenskomst. Løn aftales individuelt i henhold til kvalifikationer 

Din baggrund

Din uddannelse er ikke det vigtigste for os, men det kunne være elektriker, automatiktekniker eller lignende. Der imod er det vigtigt, at du har forståelse for teknik / automation og bred teknisk interesse, samt et mindset, hvor du er villig til at lære, og ikke er bange for nye udfordringer. Sikkerhed er også vigtig hos GPV, og du skal derfor være fokuseret på at udføre arbejdet på den mest sikre måde i henhold til både lovgivning og GPV’s regelsæt. Herudover forestiller vi os at du

  • evt. har en uddannelse som automatiktekniker, industritekniker, industrielektriker, elektriker eller lignede 
  • kan kommunikere på dansk / engelsk
  • har erfaring med fejlfinding 
  • gerne har erfaring fra tidligere job med vedligehold / montage arbejde 
  • kan anvende IT på minimum brugerniveau 
  • er i god fysisk form, idet en typisk arbejdsdag kræver at du går rundt på vores 13.000 kvadratmeter produktionsareal.

Zielsetzung

Verantworten und Führen der Verkaufspipeline mit starkem Focus auf der Akquise von neuen Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Fachbereichen

Verantwortungsbereich

  • Akquirieren von Neukunden und Projekten im EMS-Umfeld

  • Ausgewiesene, solide betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung und ausgewiesene Erfolge in vergleichbarer Position
  • Know how in Projektmanagement inkl. Budget- und Führungserfahrung
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (W/S)
  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und MS Project
