Zielsetzung

Verantworten und Führen der Verkaufspipeline mit starkem Focus auf der Akquise von neuen Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Fachbereichen

Verantwortungsbereich

  • Akquirieren von Neukunden und Projekten im EMS-Umfeld
  • Erstellen strategischer Marktanalysen, Aufzeigen geeigneter Potentiale
  • Führen von Vertriebsprojekten (Projektqualifizierung, Kalkulationen, Angebotskonzepte, Präsentation)
  • Durchführen von Vergabe- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Überwachen und Sicherstellen der Projekt- und Budgetziele

 

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Branchenkenntnisse in der Elektronikfertigung oder EMS-Industrie
  • Ausgewiesene, solide betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung und ausgewiesene Erfolge in vergleichbarer Position
  • Know how in Projektmanagement inkl. Budget- und Führungserfahrung
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (W/S)
  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und MS Project

Vores lærling-forløb medvirker til, at lærlinge hos GPV oftest afslutter uddannelsen med flotte karakterer.  Din alder er ikke vigtig, og vi modtager også gerne ansøgninger fra voksenlærlinge. MES Deployment Engineer

GPV Group is looking for a Deployment Engineer to work in our Digitalisation department. The Deployment Engineer will be a part of the MES Center of Excellence and participate in the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) project at the GPV Group.

The role of the Deployment Engineer will be to drive the project forward and execute the implementation in coordination with the vendor, MES team and local production sites. The MES platform will be piloted in one factory, and afterwards rolled out to the groups existing factories.

The Deployment Engineer will support production operations in developing solutions and will play a key role in implementing the MES system. Your role will work with Production, IT&Digital, and Quality to optimise manufacturing processes and systems to drive business process improvements, system automation, continuous improvement and other duties associated with production excellence. The MES is a part of GPVs digitalisation journey towards "Smart factory" and Industry 4.0.

The Deployment Engineer must ensure a global perspective and local proximity in the project and in the implementation of the Global template.

Tasks in the role:

  • Driver on the MES pilot project and executing the implementation
  • Ensure the pilot solution is adhering to existing ERP, MES stand-alone system and current production system baseline e.g. SMT lines
  • Learn the MES template and software and implement the connectors at the production line
  • Participate in the MES Vendor management e.g. workshops, deadlines and progress reporting
  • Stakeholder management at both the execution and management level in the pilot factory and afterwards in the roll out
  • Facilitate the change management and training academy in implementing a MES system at both production, management and reporting level
  • Drive the GPV Group production site roll out of MES after ended pilot
  • Involvement in other initiatives or projects within GPV Digitalisation that further helps the continuous operational excellence journey in the GPV Group production sites

Requirements in the role:

We are looking for an Electronical engineer or process technician with in-depth knowledge about electronic manufacturing and/or an IT skilled candidate, that has knowledge and understands software applications within a MES suite.

The perfect candidate can analyse and understand the GPV Group production processes and see how MES can support this process and enhance it and/or has production knowledge within EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services).

The candidate must be fluent in English. Personality wise, the candidate must be empathic and able to interact with both people at the production floor and management stakeholders to drive the change and achieve a high adoption rate and usability.

The role is based at GPV Group in Asia either at our production site in Bangkok, Thailand or in Kochchikade, Sri Lanka but the candidate must expect extensive travel as the production site footprint is global.
