Are you structured, results-driven and ready to join a company on a mission to accelerate the energy transition? Then you might be the Production Technician we are looking for to join our team at Green Hydrogen Systems. 

Your key responsibilities

As Production Technician your key responsibility is to advise on and review engineering solutions to ensure optimal Design for Manufacture. You will join our Manufacturing Engineering department, where you will identify and implement process improvements for product optimisation and ensure the validation of designs and new products.

Your main tasks and deliveries will include:

  • Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), control plans, and train operators accordingly.
  • Maintain and adjust Bill of Materials (BOM) and production routes in the ERP system.
  • Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to resolve production issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure efficient implementation.
  • Conduct production tests and manage the approval process for pressure-bearing equipment.

Who are you? 

We are seeking a candidate with a technical background as Production Technician or similar, combined with solid experience working with electrical systems and system testing. You have practical experience in preparing and maintaining work instructions and control plans, supporting Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and mitigating process risk. In your daily routines, you are used to working with 3D models in CAD software, ERP systems, parts lists, and routes.

On a personal level, you are responsible, self-driven, and proactive. You excel in team environments with strong communication skills, and the ability to adept at analysing complex problems and developing solutions.
