When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

Are you an experienced Technical Service Engineer with a natural drive to service customers and support the field operation? Would you like to be part of building the global service concept for Green Hydrogen Systems? Then you might be the Technical Service Specialist we are looking for to strengthen our Service team.

Primary responsibilities
In the position as Technical Service Engineer, you will serve as back-office specialist ensuring warranty issues and unscheduled service are handled internally and reflected in the next product design. You will collaborate closely and interact with our customers and get the opportunity to participate in specific projects to build a global service concept for Green Hydrogen Systems working with service processes and giving input to a digital platform for service.

Your main tasks and deliveries will include:

Trouble shooting with customers and partners and daily support of service engineers.
Responsible for root cause analyses and risk assessment
Register warranties in the quality management system, follow-up and document the solution.
Collect data from field operation through Remote Operation, ensure reporting and improve service handling procedures.
Design reviews and implementation of design changes at customer sites.

Reducing repair time and warranty costs to ensure performance and uptime are essential to maintain customer satisfaction. A safety-first mindset is key. You must have the ability to complete complex tasks and deliver a high level of service to customers. Cross-functional collaboration and communicating in a transparent manner is a prerequisite for succeeding in the role. You are also an important part of driving the service agenda in the organisation.

Who are you?

To apply for the Technical Service Specialist role, we expect you to be an electrical or mechanical engineer, marine engineer or similar. Electrical or mechanical technical experience is a must. You must master English at a professional level both verbally and in writing. You are familiar working with Microsoft Office and ERP applications. Experience from a similar position is an advantage.

As a person, you are self-driven, take ownership and stay focused in a changeable and dynamic environment. You are structured and committed to reaching deadlines and stay attentive to details even if deadlines are tight. You show a positive and proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
