Are you an experienced Test Engineer with a passion for smooth operation and planning of tests? Do you want to contribute to the development of our electrochemical cell stack? Then this is the opportunity for you. We are currently looking for a Test Engineer to join our team at Green Hydrogen Systems. 

Your key responsibilities 
As Test Engineer you will become part of a dedicated team that work on industrial water electrolysers. You will ensure smooth operation and planning of tests and test systems on the heart of the system, our electrochemical cell stack, and its supporting components constructing new systems for novel component testing. 

Your main tasks and deliveries will include: 

  • Test sequence planning and instrument calibration. 
  • Developing measurement strategies and safe working procedures. 
  • Building proof of concept tests. 
  • Documenting findings from experiments and update test system documentation. 

To succeed in this position, you will use your knowledge and experience to establish a calibration and performance data acquisitions strategy and collaborate closely with our team of scientists to achieve project goals. 

Who are you? 
We are looking for a candidate with an educational background within marine engineering or similar technical education combined with good mechanical and electrical skills. It is considered as an advantage if you have experience with Beckhoff PLC’s and data loggers for data acquisition. Proficiency in English both written and verbal is essential. 

On a personal level you have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to a collaborative environment. You can manage several tasks, and with creativity and thoroughness you manage to explore the best possible solution.
