Are you ready to take the lead in the daily planning and coordination of our on-site activities? We are looking for a Installation & Commissioning Coordinator to join our team at Green Hydrogen Systems. 

Your key responsibilities

As Installation & Commissioning Coordinator you will become part of a team that supports and help our Site Engineer with remote back-office support and troubleshooting when needed. You will play a key role in coordinating daily installation and commissioning tasks and by utilising your technical knowledge develop and improve internal processes and tools.  

Your main tasks and deliveries include: 

  • Daily planning, coordinating and communication with Site Engineers and Contractors. 
  • Report on completed tasks and risk assessments. 
  • Define and maintaining work procedures in quality management systems. 
  • Assist with on-site technical support.
  • Develop planning tools, work instructions, and competence matrix for Site Engineers.

By planning and coordinating efficiently, you will ensure sites, activities and materials are prepared for the arrival of Site Engineers, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction for our valued customers. 

Who are you?

We are looking for a candidate with an educational background in Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field. You should have solid technical insight, preferably into process- or technical plants. You are an experienced coordinator and thrive on driving process improvements. Proficiency in English and Danish at a professional level is required.

On a personal level, you excel in a dynamic environment. You are detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. You possess a positive mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Effective communication is essential to ensure efficient coordination internally and externally.
