We are currently looking for a Production Team Lead to join us in our mission to accelerate the global energy transition with green hydrogen.

Your key responsibilities
As Production Team Lead you will play a key role in securing our new assembly area through the development and scale-up phase. We will establish the team of operators in your area over the coming months. Your team is expected to consist of approximately 20 employees with further growth expected. You will be part of shaping and defining the team through recruitment efforts.  

Your main tasks and deliveries will include:

  • Coordinating and managing the team in close collaboration with other Team Leads and the Senior Director, Production, ensuring production activities are sequenced according to plan.
  • Planning and monitoring of progress in the assembly area.
  • Facilitating LEAN/Shift board meetings and utilising them as a value-adding tool, reporting on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
  • Handling materials to ensure smooth production operations, including opening and closing of production orders and coordinating material shortages with the Production Planner and warehouse.

As Production Team Lead you will foster a safety-first mindset to maintain a secure work environment. Success in this role relies on your ability to effectively lead the team, ensuring assembly quality and timely deliveries while prioritising the well-being of our employees. 

Who are you? 
You are an experienced manager with technical understanding of complex manufacturing environments and products. You are experienced in cross functional collaboration and ensuring quality, safety, and manufacturing standards are met, developed, and implemented in assembly areas.

On a personal level, you thrive in a dynamic organisation and can maintain oversight and dive into details when necessary. As Production Team Lead you will manage a diverse group of individuals. This requires a cultural understanding and a general ability to motivate, engage, and develop employees. Your welcoming demeanor, service-oriented approach, and reliability are key characteristics to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
