Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

The Role

As our new System Architect, some of the main tasks you will be undertaking include:

Consult and approve the content of project roadmaps as part of the company's Masterplan
Define design principles and guidelines in accordance with technology and development teams
Be the owner of dedicated project deliverables with a special focus on frontloading to prevent costly correction loops at later product development stages
Take an active role in project execution teams according to the GHS project management role model
Represent GHS in front of international customers and partners at dedicated events such as trade fairs, visits, workshops etc

Who are you?

Qualification within engineering, mechatronics, physics or similar
5+ years of experience in a leading technical position
The ability to think strategically and understand customer/commercial view
High technical competencies and the ability to understand various technical disciplines
Very structured way of working, overviewing complete system behaviour and understanding interdependencies in product sub-structures
Experience operating within a dynamic, busy business High-level English skills are mandatory, both written and spoken, as we are a global team
