As the demand for green energy forms is growing globally, a new hydrogen ecosystem is forming and the demand for electrolyser capacity is expected to surge in the coming decade. GHS is in the process of commercializing its next generation electrolysers, and the vision is that with modular solutions, we will help accelerate the market for hydrogen plants that can ensure optimal utilization of renewable energy.

The Role

As our new System Architect, some of the main tasks you will be undertaking include:

  • Consult and approve the content of project roadmaps as part of the company's Masterplan
  • Define design principles and guidelines in accordance with technology and development teams
  • Be the owner of dedicated project deliverables with a special focus on frontloading to prevent costly correction loops at later product development stages
  • Take an active role in project execution teams according to the GHS project management role model
  • Represent GHS in front of international customers and partners at dedicated events such as trade fairs, visits, workshops etc

Who are you?

  • Qualification within engineering, mechatronics, physics or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in a leading technical position
  • The ability to think strategically and understand customer/commercial view
  • High technical competencies and the ability to understand various technical disciplines
  • Very structured way of working, overviewing complete system behaviour and understanding interdependencies in product sub-structures
  • Experience operating within a dynamic, busy business High-level English skills are mandatory, both written and spoken, as we are a global team
