Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

Your primary responsibilities
As HR Consultant you will get the opportunity to drive and develop our HR initiatives. You will ensure efficient procedures, initiatives, and projects in the HR Operations team, which help and benefit managers and employees across our organisation.

Your main tasks and deliveries include:

Continuous improvement of HR operational processes and support of organisational initiatives.
Develop and coordinate activities of our annual HR wheel e.g. salary review, employee opinion survey etc.
Prepare contracts and legal documents, ensuring clarity and compliance in HR documentation.
Handle internal HR communication, keeping employees informed and engaged with relevant updates and changes.
Advise managers on HR matters including illness, leave, and other related issues.
Supporting recruitment processes in e.g. test feedback

Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with a BSc or MSc degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. You have solid experience (min. 5 years) in various HR disciplines, including developing and driving annual HR activities. Experience with Industriens Overenskomst and HR System implementation is considered an advantage.

On a personal level, you thrive on process optimisation. You are result oriented with a strong focus on organisational needs. You will work closely together with stakeholders across the entire organisation, therefore strong communication skills in both English and Danish are crucial. Your eye for details and structure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is key in this position.
