We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Green Hydrogen Systems. 

Your key responsibilities
In the position as Senior Project Manager your key responsibility will be to lead cross-functional and agile core teams to ensure project execution on time, cost, and quality. You will master the planning and steering of project deliverable ensuring these are met according to plan. The experience you bring will enable you to play a key role in building up our project management governance by applying and improving project management standards for agile and lean execution.

Your main tasks and deliveries will include: 

  • Lead the risk management and problem solving in case of deviations.
  • Provide transparency of project progress by monitoring and reporting, e.g., to the Program Manager and other governance bodies
  • Ensure communication and alignment with line managers and the customer project execution team.
  • Host and moderate the core team meetings, e.g. sprint planning and reviews as well as stand-up meetings.
  • Develop deliverables assigned to the project manager according to the project deliverables plan, e.g. time schedules, resource and budget plans and business cases in accordance with commercial.
  • Align resource and budget needs with line mangers to ensure best people performance and best utilization of resources.

To succeed in this position, you must effectively ensure projects closing on time, at the right cost and quality. This requires efficient problem-solving and risk mitigation skills. Guided by our GHS Values you will effectively lead the project teams, fostering collaboration and development. 

Who are you?
The ideal candidate come with a BSc or MSc degree in engineering or other relevant technical field. You have a good understanding of product development processes and hands-on experience with design and engineering. This combined with a solid experience in project management enables you to excel in cross-functional collaborations, where you seamlessly integrate and engage in dialogues with teams across the entire organisation. Experience with agile methodologies and Jira is considered an advantage. 

On a personal level, you are results-driven, with high execution and planning effectiveness and a strong drive to solve problems and mitigate risks. You can think and work cross-functionally and are determined to ensure a fast pace and progress according to plans. You embrace change, have strong communication and coordination skills, and take leadership and excel in stakeholder management.
