We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team at Green Hydrogen Systems.
Your key responsibilities
As Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in guaranteeing an accurate portrayal of internal project finances. In close collaboration with the Project Managers, your primary focus will be monitoring project implementation, ensuring timely execution, adherence to budgetary constraints, and compliance with prerequisites.
Your main tasks and deliveries will include:
- Conduct month-end closing, budget and perform various financial analysis of projects with a focus on an end-to-end view.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project cost controls systems, procedures, and tools.
- Finance Business Partner for our R&D organisation.
- Prepare audit material to use in connection with the financial reporting of projects.
- Contact with partners in connection to obtain documentation.
In this role, you'll serve as a reliable partner for Project Managers, Project Owners, and the R&D organisation. The cornerstone of success lies in your ability to effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders throughout the organisation, including those who may not have a finance background.
Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with a financial education as cand.merc, HD or equivalent. You must have relevant working experience within project- or business controlling combined with a strong analytical mind-set. You will be working with a complex amount of data, which require an advanced IT skillset, including strong proficiency within PowerBi and Excel. The data needs to be presented and applied in practical settings, therefore strong presentation skills and a drive to interact with internal collaborators is crucial.
On a personal level you are an enthusiastic individual with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. You thrive in a dynamic environment, where ongoing changes and priorities are common. This requires a flexible mindset and ability to maintain a good overview without losing track and continuously excel to meet the flexible demands.
