Sales Manager BORG Automotive Newman France

Location: Chaumont or remote in France

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Manager for France who will be instrumental in driving our sales strategy, expanding our presence in the French market, and nurturing strong customer relationships. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role will play a key part in promoting our products and strengthening our brand within the French automotive aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Target Achievement: Implement sales strategies to achieve targets set by the Sales Director, and monitor performance through action plans and sales analysis.

- Customer Relationship Management: Conduct regular customer visits and virtual meetings to assess needs, resolve complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction. It included pipeline management in our CRM system.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both with existing customers through cross-selling and by acquiring new clients in the French market.

- Market Visibility: Enhance the visibility of BORG's brand NK through customer events, factory tours, and product training sessions, positioning BORG.

- Continuous Improvement: Work with internal teams to optimize order management, delivery planning, and pricing strategies, contributing to our ethos of continuous improvement.

- Leadership of French back office team of 4 people located in Chaumont near to Paris.

 

Qualifications:

- Native-level French speaker with strong English communication skills.

- Proven experience in the French automotive aftermarket.

- Previous experience in an international sales environment.

- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Ability to travel extensively across France, including up to three overnight stays per week.
