Are you ready to drive and make a substantial impact? Join our team as a Sales Manager and play a vital role in driving the growth of our business in Spain and Portugal. We are seeking an experienced, and results-oriented professional to join our growing organization. 

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Business Growth:
    • Develop and acquire new customers, expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
    • Increase sales to existing customers through innovative strategies such as stock profiles, range extension, promotions, and more.
    • Drive cross-sales opportunities to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and update strategies specific to your market area, contributing valuable insights to our overall strategy and plans.
    • Formulate a comprehensive price strategy across all products and brands, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  •  Relationship Building:
    • Continuously strengthen personal relationships with decision-makers in your market area, fostering trust and loyalty.
    • Direct contract negotiations and trade agreements with all customers, establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Pricing and Market Awareness:
    • Proactively adjust prices and core charges in response to market prices, working closely with the price management team.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of price development, earnings, bonuses, and costs for customers and products.
  • CRM and Marketing:
    • Develop and update the CRM pipeline, ensuring the inclusion of leads, prospects, quotations, and customers.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and enhance marketing plans tailored to your market areas.
  • Sales Optimization:
    • Implement proactive and structured approaches to address lost sales within your team, with a strong focus on growing customers.
    • Ensure rolling customer forecasts for the next 15 months are continuously updated for effective sales planning.
  • Financial Management:
    • Take a proactive approach to credit limits and due payments within your team, ensuring sound financial management.
    • Continuously improve Account plans for key customers in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Brand Positioning:
    • Aim to effectively position brands (NK & Eurobrake) in your market areas, reinforcing their presence and desirability.
  • Languages:
    • Fluency in Spanish is essential for successful customer engagement, while fluency in English is necessary for seamless collaboration with colleagues across Europe.
    • Knowledge of Portuguese will be an advantage.
    • Knowledge level of French would also be an advantage.
  •  Industry Knowledge:
    • Preferred background in the Automotive Industry, with direct experience in the free aftermarket as a strong advantage.
  • Location:
    • Flexible location within Spain, with regular travel in local markets and occasional to office in Chaumont, France.
    • Reporting to: Sandra Durain, Head of SBS France, Spain and Portugal.
