Scaling creative infrastructure globally

Kompan is seeking a dedicated Visualization Workflow Manager to oversee and optimize our global 3D visualization infrastructure. As Visualization Workflow Manager your role is critical to enhancing the quality, scalability, and efficiency of visual content used in sales quotations and global design deliverables. Working at the intersection of design technology, operations, and training, you will ensure our tools, processes, and assets evolve in step with industry standards and business needs.

You will directly support the Design & Visualization Excellence (DVX) team and help alleviate bottlenecks currently handled by senior team members, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives such as automation, real-time rendering, and AI integration.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain and update Kompan’s 3D software suite (3ds Max, V-Ray, RailClone, etc.) and ensure consistent workflows across global offices.
  • Design automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and streamline visualization pipelines.
  • Create and manage scalable 3D assets, including templates, materials, and libraries for Forest Pack and RailClone.
  • Support integration of GPU rendering, real-time engines, and AI-based tools into future workflows.
  • Provide technical support, onboard new D&V team members, and deliver clear documentation for tools and processes (videos, manuals, onboarding guides).
  • Promote continuous skill development through training resources and best practices in 3D visualization.

Experienced 3D Visualizer with a structed and process-oriented mindset

You come with a minimum of 7 years of experience in 3D visualization or architectural visualization, working with creative agencies or studios. You have a background in architecture, digital arts, game design, or graphic arts, and bring advanced experience with tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Forest Pack, RailClone, and render farm management.

You have strong technical and visualization skills including animation, lighting, and visual storytelling. You have a deep understanding of rendering processes, asset optimization, and scene management and a solid grasp of file structuring, layer management, and version control practices. Exposure to AI-enhanced tools, GPU rendering, or real-time visualization (Unreal/Unity) is a plus


You come with a structured and process-oriented mindset. You enjoy optimizing workflows and continuously improving systems. You’re a self-starter who communicates well across multidisciplinary teams, and you’re comfortable sharing knowledge - whether through training and mentoring others or producing clear instructional material.

You’re fluent in English and experienced working across cultures and time zones. You bring clarity, curiosity, and initiative to every project, with a sharp attention to detail and a drive to push the craft forward. You will work from our office in Odense.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Finance Partner to join our team in Commercial Finance, located at our headquarters in Odense, Denmark.

Enjoy both daily operational tasks and project-based work

As a Commercial Finance Partner with KOMPAN, you will play an important role in supporting the Commercial Finance function with analyses and insights to strengthen decision-making within pricing, margin management and commercial finance topics.

Your main tasks include providing financial analysis and business partnering focused on profitability, discount patterns, project pricing as well as broader commercial insights such as KPI follow-up and scenario modelling.

In this role, you will contribute actively to the company’s pricing agenda, combining operational follow-up with project-driven initiatives.

Other responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Provide structured financial follow-up on margins, discounts and cost/value drivers across product lines and projects.
  • Support business insights through KPI monitoring, scenario modelling and ad-hoc analysis for management.
  • Contribute to benchmark studies and price positioning processes in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Take ownership of project tasks and deliver financial analysis that translates into clear business recommendations.

You will be joining our Commercial Finance department in Odense, referring to our Head of Commercial Finance.

Commercial mindset with an interest in pricing and profitability

We are looking for a candidate who will bring experience in margin analysis, project pricing, profitability or revenue management.

You hold a master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar. Alternatively, you have a strong analytical education such as Applied Economics, Accounting or similar quantitative studies.

You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance, Controlling, Business Partnering or Pricing roles. As this is a global role, you are fluent in English orally and in writing.

Moreover, we expect that you will bring:

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • A solid understanding of P&L and cost/value drivers.
  • The ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with BI tools (PowerBI) and advanced Excel - SQL or other data tools are an advantage.

As a person, you work in a structured and detail-oriented manner with the ability to also see the bigger picture. You are a strong communicator, who is proactive and solution oriented. We are looking for a colleague with a commercial mindset and an interest in pricing and profitability.

  • Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates.
  • Preparing for interviews, including defining cases and interpreting competences based on Garuda’s assessment tool.
  • Conducting interviews, including giving feedback on Garuda's assessment tools. 

You will be thoroughly onboarded into the business, preparing you to have valuable sparring sessions with the hiring managers to find the right match. 

We value socializing in the office in Odense but are open to working from home more days a week. You will join our Group HR department consisting of 10 employees supporting with HR globally - 3 of these are fully dedicated to Talent Acquisition. 

Business-oriented Recruiter or Talent Acquisition expert 

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Communications, or similar and have experience working with Talent Acquisition from A-Z. You possess a commercial understanding and have worked in a global company, giving you an understanding of cultural differences. 

Further, we expect that you:

  • Are experienced in LinkedIn Recruiter, including paid job slots and sourcing. 
  • Possess a great understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting.
  • Can collaborate and build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 
  • Are familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 

You will have full responsibility for your own processes, but of course, with the necessary support from the team. This requires you to be self-driven and able to reach out and seek support when needed.
