Become the expert in market segments and product strategy
We’re seeking a passionate Brand Manager to join our Group Marketing team! Your role will primarily focus on Product & Portfolio and Segment Strategy. In Product & Portfolio you will master the unique selling propositions and distinctive product features behind our products and platforms and therefore serve as product expert within Group Marketing.
As Segments Strategy expert you will have the responsibility for build and strengthen the knowledge foundation of our segment strategy in KOMPAN.
In further details, this role is pivotal in shaping how we communicate who we are, what we do, and the value we bring to our customers. You are curious about the need of our customers and users who use our products and therefore can set the strategic direction for our marketing team.
You will ensure all marketing aligns with Kompan’s core purpose, crafting compelling, customer-focused narratives that highlight our product benefits, materials, and features.
Translating complex propositions into clear, engaging messages that resonate with our audience is important. Therefore, you master the ability to synthesize complex propositions, insights and data into an actionable strategy and brief for sales and marketing.
Your role will also involve leveraging customer insights to identify portfolio gaps, shape our portfolio strategy, and optimize navigation for sales and customers. With a customer-first approach, you’ll champion a deep understanding of customer journeys, driving alignment with their needs at every touchpoint.
In addition, you’ll develop our segment strategy, gaining expertise in understanding who our customers are and what matters most to them. By analyzing market trends and the dynamics of the playground and sports equipment industry, you’ll craft a positioning strategy that secures Kompan’s positions as frontrunner in the market.
The profile we’re looking for
We envision you hold a master’s degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Marketing Communication or similar field.
You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in driving brand strategies and have worked with complex product propositions preferable involving advanced technology or mechanical solutions.
It is essential that you come with a strong marketing and brand toolbox/foundation through formal education and work experience, ideally within Brand Management or Product Marketing.
