Om jobbet

Som Køkkenassistent ved KOMPAN vil du, sammen med et engageret køkkenteam, servicere medarbejdere og gæster på vores hovedkontor i Tietgenbyen, Odense. Vi tilbyder en stilling på 20-25 timer om ugen - med mulighed for ekstra timer i forbindelse med ferie, travlhed og særlige arrangementer som jubilæer.

KOMPANs kantine leverer dagligt ernæringsrigtig, varieret og indbydende kost til ca. 170 medarbejdere og gæster. Dine arbejdsopgaver vil bl.a. omfatte:

  • Forberedelse af frokostbuffet
  • Indkøb af råvarer og tilbehør
  • Planlægning, egenkontrol og kvalitetssikring
  • Bidrage med idéer og inspiration til menuer

Du bliver en del af et team bestående af en kantineleder, to køkkenassistenter, en gastronomelev samt husvikar ved behov. Vi hjælper hinanden med alle opgaver - fra madlavning til opvask og rengøring.

Om dig

Vi forestiller os, at du er uddannet køkkenassistent, cater eller kok - eller har opnået tilsvarende erfaring gennem oplæring i branchen. Du har erfaring med tilberedning af både kolde og varme retter og trives i et storkøkkenmiljø.

Nøglefunktion i den daglige IT-support og tekniske drift

Som IT Supporter hos os i KOMPAN A/S bliver du ansvarlig for at sikre stabil og effektiv IT-support til alle medarbejdere på vores hovedkontor. Du får en alsidig rolle, hvor du arbejder tæt sammen med både lokale kolleger og IT-teamet i Tjekkiet. Stillingen er en fuldtidsstilling på vores hovedkontor i Odense med reference til Group IT Director.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver:

  • Opsætning af IT-udstyr (PC, mobil, netværk, software) og adgang for nye medarbejdere samt håndtering af offboarding, herunder sletning af adgang og returnering af udstyr.
  • Drift og vedligehold af mødelokaler, inkl. Teams-opsætning, AV-udstyr og fejlfinding. Ugentlig opfølgning og tæt dialog med ledelsen om status og brugeroplevelse.
  • Udføre simple tekniske opgaver som udskiftning af harddisk, genstart af servere og fysisk inspektion. Samarbejde med centrale IT-teams ved større opgaver.
  • Administration af adgangssystemer, kodning og udlevering af adgangsbrikker samt vedligeholdelse af adgangsrettigheder og logning.
  • Indsamling af brugertilfredshed for at optimere tekniske løsninger, samt dialog med ekstern AV-partner ved justeringer eller fejl.

Serviceminded og teknisk stærk IT-supporter

Du har en erhvervsuddannelse eller akademiuddannelse inden for IT-support, datateknik eller lignende. Herudover har du teknisk erfaring med IT-support fra en lignende rolle i en international organisation med mange brugere.

Du har en grundlæggende forståelse for serverhardware og netværk og har kendskab til Microsoft Teams og AV-udstyr. Desuden har du beskæftiget dig med Service Desk som ServiceNow, Jira eller Zendesk. Erfaring med adgangskontrolsystemer er en fordel.

Do you speak Polish and want to combine your studies with practical experience within marketing? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you.

We are looking for a Student Assistant for our International Sales team at our HQ in Odense.  As a student worker, you will work with and develop your skills within marketing for the Polish market. You will work approx. 8-10 hours per week in a growing and international sales organization.

Combine your studies with practical experience within Marketing

As a Student Assistant in International Sales Marketing, you will work with different disciplines within digital marketing including:

  • Translation of website updates (cases, new products, research papers, subtitles for videos and more)
  • Social medias content calendar, content creation and updates (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram).
  • Supporting the Int. Sales organization on marketing projects. 

Other special projects include proof-reading of catalogues, brochures and ad hoc initiatives. 

You will work closely with the International Sales Marketing Lead and the headquarter marketing department, the Sales team and our Polish agent. 

Polish-speaking marketing student

You are a native Polish speaker and fluent in English, with strong communication skills in both languages. You are currently pursuing a high-level education in marketing, which has equipped you with a solid understanding of digital channels and their role in effective communication.

You are creative, comfortable using social media platforms, and able to think strategically about how to engage different audiences online. Your academic background enables you to collect and structure customer data and market intelligence, and to contribute to achieving tangible results through digital marketing efforts.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a structured approach to your work. You’re confident working independently as well as collaboratively, especially with our International Sales & Marketing Lead and the headquarter marketing department. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CANVA or alike) is also expected.

Business Central Developer for KOMPAN’s Group IT

At KOMPAN A/S, we are embarking on an exciting ERP transformation, upgrading our on-premise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (version 14, C/AL) to the latest AL version and preparing for a future cloud transition. We are now looking for a skilled Business Central Developer to join KOMPAN’s Group IT and take a central role in developing and maintaining our ERP platform, which supports more than 25 legal entities worldwide.

Develop, maintain, and future-proof the ERP platform

You will be part of a small, highly skilled internal team consisting of one other developer and our Business Central Application Owner. Together, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our Business Central solution, which serves as the backbone of KOMPAN’s international operations. You will take ownership of selected solution areas-from analysis and development to deployment-and work closely with both business stakeholders and IT.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining solutions in Business Central (C/AL) with a focus on quality, stability, and scalability.
  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Participating in workshops and contributing with technical insight and process understanding.
  • Supporting integrations with surrounding systems such as Dynamics 365 CRM, PLM, PIM, EDI, and WMS.
  • Preparing the platform for migration to AL and future cloud-readiness.

Technically grounded and business-oriented

In Group IT, you’ll work closely with experienced colleagues. Your expertise is primarily technical, but it’s essential that you understand and engage with our business model. We’re looking for a colleague who will join our existing IT team of around 10 people in Odense, plus a larger IT department in Brno, Czech Republic. You bring several years of experience and are motivated by working with ERP from the ground up. You’ll help set the direction from day one and won’t inherit technical debt. You should have strong C/AL development experience and a solid understanding of AL and tools like Visual Studio Code, Git, and Azure DevOps. Experience with .NET, APIs, or Azure Functions is a plus.

  • Hold a BA/MA in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have experience with ERP development and integration projects.
  • Communicate fluently in English-both written and spoken.
  • Work in a structured, analytical, and proactive manner.

As our new Product Manager for Outdoor Fitness and Sport, you won’t just be managing products, you’ll be helping to drive a core strategic pillar of our business.   • Prepare sales tools and marketing briefs

You’ll be part of an energetic, diverse, and international team based in Odense, Denmark, working to identify new growth opportunities and deliver innovative solutions that support active lifestyles and community well-being.

Make a difference with your product management skills

You hold a degree in Business, Innovation, Engineering, Entrepreneurship or similar and have a minimum of 5-10 years of product management experience, ideally from a global company.

You understand market dynamics and customer needs, turning insights into strong product opportunities. With experience taking physical products from concept to launch, you create compelling briefs and partner with marketing to deliver impactful launches and great user experiences. A passion for sport and fitness and any commercial responsibility for a product line will be a big plus. 

You can work in multifunctional teams consisting of designers, engineers, scientists, marketeers etc.

Further, you possess:

  • Strong communication skills in English 
  • Solid presentation skills and are comfortable in presenting to senior management and business partners
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to come up with innovative ideas 
  • Excellent in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
