Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

Drive Quality, Safety, and Excellence

At EMS, we believe safety and quality are non-negotiable. We are looking for a QHSE Lead who is passionate about building a strong culture of quality assurance, safety, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in managing our QHSE team and ensuring effective documentation and compliance across all projects. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and take on management responsibilities for key QHSE support functions within the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, as well as your own team, to build a culture that embeds quality and safety into everything we do - from development to production and installation.

✅Develop and maintain our management system

✅Lead internal and external audits

✅Head the Safety Group initiatives

✅Oversee Non-Conformance Report (NCR) follow-ups

✅Manage project documentation tasks

✅Handle ESG reporting requirements

✅Lead and inspire a dedicated QHSE team

About you:

You are committed to maintaining a strong safety and quality culture with zero accidents and full compliance. You believe in driving change through employee mindset rather than directing behavior, and you apply the same approach to quality assurance and documentation processes.

☑️Several years of experience in quality assurance work

☑️Hands-on experience from a welding production environment

☑️Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISO 3834-2, and EN 1090-1 standards

☑️A practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills

☑️Leadership experience and a collaborative, team-focused approach

☑️A technical background - ideally a craft education supplemented with further qualifications such as Production Technologist, Engineer, or Marine Engineer

☑️Industry experience within energy is a strong advantage
