Lead sales and drive growth for KOMPAN
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and generate revenue and gross profits across the entire European region. You will establish and expand KOMPAN Commercial Systems’ presence by executing our strategic plan and cultivating both existing and new partnerships, particularly within the Family- and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segments.
You will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including restaurant owners, franchisees, national and regional key accounts, architects, and construction managers.
In this role, you will also lead and manage our European sales representatives - ensuring performance tracking, achievement of targets, and ongoing development. You will participate actively in the management team, contributing to the implementation of our overall strategy. At the same time, you are not reluctant to take a hands-on approach and engage in practical tasks alongside your colleagues.
You will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be based at our office in Liege, Belgium and will report to our Sales Director Indoor & Managing Director, KOMPAN Commercial System located at our HQ in Denmark.
Travel is expected to be approx. 60-80 days per year.
What we’re looking for
This role requires strong sales and management experience, ideally with relevant experience from the restaurant industry as a supplier, or alternatively from the playground or construction industries.
We are seeking a candidate with a background in leadership and people management, complemented by excellent communication skills. Your ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external installers, and customers will be essential.
Your negotiation skills will be key to closing deals and securing partnerships, while your strong problem-solving abilities will help you tackle challenges that arise. Lastly, you thrive in a fast-paced working environment and take pride in developing and helping your team members.

KOMPAN Commercial Systems is a subsidiary of the KOMPAN Group and is specialized in designing and building in- and outdoor playgrounds to commercial restaurants and retail, often with limited available space. We sell and develop all over the world adapted playland solutions to a variety of professional clientele (quick service restaurants, commercial centers, leisure, etc.) to improve the attractiveness and the quality of the customers’ experience.
