We are a leading manufacturer of play and fitness equipment, providing full turnkey solutions including design, installation, and maintenance. We’re looking for someone eager to build a long-term career in construction within our unique industry-joining a dynamic team, receiving high‑quality training, and progressing through a structured development programme. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, landscaping, carpentry, or a similar hands‑on trade. Experience of outdoor play equipment assembly or similar would be an advantage.  We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset. Key Duties

  • Carry out general labouring, ground works, kerbing, excavation, landscaping, and fencing.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and effectively
  • Set out and measure sites prior to installation.
  • Assemble and install play equipment according to manufacturer’s instructions, specifications and company standards.
  • Install safety surfacing such as wetpour, sand, or playchip.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
  • Follow safety protocols and always adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  • Working outdoors on site around Northern Ireland Counties.

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS card
  • Machine tickets up to 10T, digger and dumper
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in this field.
  • Full clean manual driving license, own transport is desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant construction industry discipline.
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and attention to quality and safety.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy items and work in various environments.
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in installation processes is desirable.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undertake basic disclosure

Our package

  • Permanent role, working within a team of 3, day shift, Monday to Friday, overtime is available
  • Holidays 23 days per year plus complete shutdown over Christmas/New Year.
  • Benefits: Private medical insurance, Pension Scheme.
  • 6-month probationary period.
  • Annual salary review, development programme with salary development and promotion opportunities.
  • Installation team (3 operatives) based in Livingston, West Lothian, we would encourage applications from this area.
