Do you want to be part of a market leader within indoor and outdoor contained playground equipment increasing the presence of play and active living among people around the world? If you want to be responsible for selling playland solutions to Quick Service Restaurants in the entire region of LATAM, you might be our new Regional Sales Manager for this area. 

Become responsible for market development 

As a Regional Sales Manager for LATAM, you will be responsible for building, developing, and executing sales of KOMPAN Commercial System’s indoor and outdoor play solutions to Quick Service Restaurants.

This involves creating and leading regional sales strategies to develop the markets, while sustaining and expanding existing partnerships. You will build long-term relationships with existing - and new customers in this segment, including approaching stakeholders like construction companies and architects in charge of Quick Service Restaurants. 

Moreover, your main responsibilities include:

  • Continuously setting goals and implementing plans.
  • Monitoring sales data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Providing great customer service and creating and maintaining customer relations.
  • Keeping up to date with current market trends, customer needs and competitors in the markets.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit.
  • Collect customer feedback and conduct market research. 

The role contains great flexibility. You are responsible for planning your own day, including visits to existing and potential clients. You will be taught and coached by a Senior Sales Representative and well supported by a very dedicated organization. 

You will be based in Mexico City.

A salesperson with customer-relations skills

As you will be coached and taught by a Senior Sales Representative on complex specification sales projects within our industry, you do not necessarily hold a long and proven track record within this area or in a Senior Sales role. Most importantly, you are energetic, empathic, curious, willing to learn, and possess knowledge of specification and project sales. Preferably, from the playground industry, or alternatively from project selling industries.

You might hold a degree in sales or business development. You can work independently and drive projects from start to finish.

Moreover, you:

  • Possess customer-relations skills, including skills in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Are customer- and solution-oriented.
  • Communicate well, both in English and Spanish and preferably also in Portuguese
  • Are a great storyteller and negotiator.
  • Possess great time management skills and are structured in your work. 
  • Are well known with the basic Office package and have the ability to adapt skills for new designing and ERP software.

You have a positive approach and are persistent in relation to initiating and completing various sales processes. Additionally, you are a team player valuing collaboration both with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferably, you live in Mexico City.
