Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

As Sales Representative Singapore, you will be a key contributor to ensuring that KOMPAN is the preferred premium outdoor playground and fitness choice by local design consultants and clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
Perform customers visits and presentations to ensure broad awareness and gain information about current and upcoming projects.
Network and build trusting relationships with customers and design consultants.
Follow up on lead generation.
Create proposals that are inline and exceeding customer expectations.
Follow up on delivered projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Preferably experience from design, architecture, or construction industry.
Preferable strong network within local design consultants and landscape architects’ community.
Demonstrate a successful track record of sales achievements.
Sales hunter mentality.
Good organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proactive, energetic, and outgoing.
Strong team player.

Education and IT/Software Skills:

Relevant commercial education, or commercially minded architect.
Microsoft Office.
CRM experience preferable.
Basic AutoCAD skills preferable.
