Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

Become our administrative backbone delivering high quality in sales

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supporter to join our international and dynamic sales team in Santiago. As a Sales Supporter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the entire region by validating and forwarding leads, following up on lead processing, and assisting distributors in the sales process.

Your responsibilities include:

Responding to calls and emails from customers and distributors ensuring they get a response within the working day.
Supporting the sales process to Regional Managers - From pre-sale to after-sale, including administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, processing sales and payment follow-up.
Tracking and monitoring of orders as liaise between the sales team and other related departments in the organization.
Developing and Maintaining knowledge of company products.

You will implement marketing and inside sale initiatives. Further, you will utilize the company's IT tools (including CRM) to maintain databases of customers, and sales as well as manage various clerical tasks.

You will have your own dedicated manager, country managers, distributors, and customers to support. You will work from the office as the administrative backbone of KOMPAN CSA set-up.

An experienced Sales Supporter/Coordinator

You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and have successfully operated as a Sales Supporter or Project Coordinator in the B2B sector. As you will become part of a global company, you have an international profile and possess the competence to work and collaborate with different cultures.

Further, we expect that you are:

Proficient in Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of additional software will be highly considered (i.e., CRM, ERP, data processing…)
Fluent in English and Spanish. Some Portuguese will be also appreciated.
Energetic, proactive, and have a passion for sales.
