Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

We’re looking for a SEO Specialist based at our production site in Brno, but part of our Group Marketing at our HQ in Denmark - driving global organic growth and helping us perform in both traditional search, AI search and large-language-model (LLM) powered search.

Drive KOMPAN’s Worldwide Organic Growth as Our SEO Growth Specialist

As a SEO Growth Specialist, you will lead our global SEO strategy across markets and languages and play a key role in accelerating KOMPAN’s organic growth. You will collaborate closely with content teams, web and development teams, and marketing colleagues around the world to ensure our organic visibility is ready for the future of AI‑powered search. Collaboration is key and growth is your purpose.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the global SEO strategy and growth roadmap across markets and languages.
Collaborate close on content-strategy with KOMPAN Group Marketing
Conduct keyword, content, and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO in collaboration with web and development teams.
Integrate AI‑search and LLM trends into SEO strategy and content frameworks.
Design and test LLM‑ready content together with content teams.
Monitor organic performance and AI‑search signals and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Support local markets through playbooks, training, and localization guidance.
Stay up to date on SEO, AI‑search, and LLM trends and share knowledge across the organization.

Strategic SEO Specialist with Deep Technical Skills and a Global Growth Mindset

We imagine that you come with 3-5+ years of experience in SEO and organic growth - including technical SEO, on‑page optimization, content strategy, and authority building.

You have hands‑on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush/Ahrefs, and Accuranker/Similar).

Additionally, we imagine that you have the:

Ability to work with data, evaluate organic performance, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
Understanding of AI‑search and LLM trends (generative search, conversational search, structured data for AI) and motivation to integrate them into SEO strategy.
Experience collaborating in an international environment and communicating across teams (content, web development, marketing, regions).
Analytical, structured, and results‑oriented mindset - able to connect SEO and AI insights with business goals.
Proactive, curious, and growth‑oriented approach - exploring new opportunities, testing, experimenting, and sharing knowledge.
