you an experienced commercial profile with a strong understanding of generic
pharmaceuticals and Nordic markets? At 2care4 Generics you will have a central
role in shaping our strategy, building our future product pipeline and leading
our Licensing & Business Development team.

Generics, you will join an ambitious organization with a broad mandate to shape
its future. As part of the Generics Management Team, you will work closely with
the CCO and play a key role in setting the direction for our growing business.
In close collaboration with the L&BD team and the rest of the Generics organization,
you play a key role in moving projects from opportunity to execution.
You will
lead a team of three competent Business Development Managers and create structure,
make priorities and set direction. You will combine strategic thinking with
hands-on commercial work: identifying opportunities, developing partnerships
and ensuring progress on the projects that matter most.
Your key
responsibilities together with the team will include:
- Develop and execute the strategy for
2care4 Generics and its Licensing & Business Development activities.
- Build a diversified product pipeline
aligned with our commercial goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, coach and challenge the team,
strengthening collaboration and clear decision-making.
- Identify and pursue product leads,
negotiate with partners and take an active role in key projects.
- Prioritise the portfolio and
resources, including making timely decisions about opportunities that should
not move forward.
Commercial
leader with Generics experience
You bring extensive
experience in Licensing and Business Development within generic
pharmaceuticals, combined with strong commercial judgement and knowledge of the
Nordic pharmaceutical markets. You understand the wider European generics
landscape and can assess both the commercial potential and the technical
complexity and risks of an opportunity.
You know
how to build a pipeline and drive a BD organization forward. You have the
ambition and energy to find the right products, the confidence to challenge
established thinking and the ability to earn the trust of experienced
colleagues. You may already lead a team, or you may have demonstrated your
leadership potential by driving complex, cross-functional projects.
