Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

As part of the assessment, your documents (e.g. CV and application) may be analysed using artificial intelligence (AI) for the purpose of generating insights to support the assessment. The AI analysis is used as a supporting tool and does not make independent decisions — the final assessment is always carried out with human involvement. The processing may involve the transfer of your information to third countries outside the EU/EEA, based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can obtain further information about the specific transfer basis by contacting the data controller.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

What Will Your Workday Look Like?

You will join a team manufacturing load-bearing steel structures and steel trusses. The work is carried out on the weekend day shift, where you will follow established work procedures and contribute to ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Your working hours will be from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Your responsibilities will include:

Tack welding and welding steel structures based on technical drawings and work instructions
Preparing components and checking measurements, fit, and quality
Carrying out tasks with a systematic and thorough approach
Contributing to strong teamwork with colleagues in production
Complying with all applicable safety, quality, and documentation requirements

What Are We Looking For?

We expect that you:

Have solid experience as a welder and/or tack welder
Work thoroughly, responsibly, and with a strong focus on quality
Can read and understand technical drawings
Are reliable and a team player
Contribute positively to a professional and safe working environment
Speak Danish and/or English
Live in Denmark within a reasonable commuting distance of Brande

We can provide certification in various welding methods, so it is not important whether you already hold welding certificates.
