When completing the registration for the ApplicantTracker, data is collected about your name, e-mail, phone number, gender, CV, cover letter and any additional documents you upload. You can change or update your information at any time.
We collect, register and analyse the personal information you have given when filling out the registration for the ApplicantTracker.
The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications so that we can contact you if any vacancies that may be relevant for you are posted.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.
Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment at the data controller.
Your personal data will be deleted automatically 6 months after registering for the ApplicantTracker unless you have actively confirmed an extension. If you change your information or actively confirm an extension within 6 months, there will be a new period of 6 months from the time you changed your information or actively confirmed an extension until your personal data is deleted.
You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.
You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the registration for the ApplicantTracker in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.
It is voluntary to register for the ApplicantTracker, but an omission to answer the questions will affect our ability to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications.
