Your responsibilities

• Research, updating and maintaining online product catalogue data
• Providing support especially to data management but also to the entire organization
• Cooperation with internal and external partners
• Responsibility for all aspects of team management such as motivating, setting personal goals, assessing competencies and identifying development needs, delegating etc.
• Overseeing the department's daily tasks, including monitoring productivity, meeting deadlines, and providing guidance and support to team members
• Creating a positive team culture

Our requirements

• Data analysis skills
• Good command of spoken and written English - working in an international environment
• Computer literacy - experience with MS Excel, Word
• Experience in managing a team
• Good communication skills
• Good organization, detail-oriented and ability to work independently
• Ability to make decisions
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
• Ability to follow procedures, instructions and flowcharts
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is welcome but not mandatory
