What are our requirements?

You will be part of an organization where internal communication is mainly Czech Language and the external used language is English in speaking and writing. A high level spoken, and written English is required as you will be part of organization that gives services to more than 90 countries worldwide.

  • Experienced in logistic / customer service at least 2 years
  • As a person positive - service oriented
  • Fluent communication in English, daily used
  • Czech language is must because of our Production
  • High level of communication skills (phone, emails, Teams)
  • Extroverted, motivated and self-driven personality
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MRP systems like QAD or SAP is advantage
  • French language is advantage

What are the responsibilities?

  • Handling of customer orders, customer service, claims and compliance
  • Transport booking International - Road, Sea, Air, couriers
  • Planning for spare parts orders
  • Document preparation internal and external according given regulations (Invoice / Packing list / Shipment list)
  • Logistics Key Account for several countries worldwide
  • Direct contact with Customers, Sales, Production, Planning, Purchase and Management
  • Maintenance for European market - tour organisation, registration, control
  • Operating IT systems / MS-office / MRP system: QAD - Navision
