We are more than 350 colleagues across Denmark, Poland, Germany, and Sweden, and have grown significantly since 2005. We are expanding our commercial footprint and strengthening how we manage and optimize our product portfolio across markets. We are now looking for a Head of Portfolio Performance to take ownership of this area.

In this role, you will drive the active management of our portfolio-balancing margin, supply, and market opportunities.
You will follow market developments, product performance, pricing, and supply flows, and turn insights into clear commercial actions and measurable results. You will work closely with sales, sourcing, product development, and S&OP, spotting opportunities, managing risks, and improving performance across the portfolio. At the same time, you will shape the future of portfolio management at 2care4, leveraging data, systems, automation and new technologies.

Your key responsibilities
The role is central to how 2care4 creates value from the portfolio and will play a key role in shaping future portfolio strategy, governance, and performance management across markets, Your key responsibilities will be:
- Own commercial performance of the portfolio across markets, ensuring the right balance between profitability, availability, and growth.
- Prioritize where to act, focusing on high-impact opportunities, market changes and risks, while ensuring stable business performance
- Use analytics, scenario modeling, and KPIs to drive commercial decisions and optimize performance in close collaboration with S&OP
- Develop and continuously improve portfolio management processes, leveraging data, systems, automation, and new technologies
- Build and lead a high performing Portfolio Performance team, establishing clear ways of working and strong collaboration across the value chain.
- Drive change management initiatives, stakeholder alignment, and execution to ensure successful implementation of new ways of working
- Own portfolio governance and ensure disciplined execution
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities while proactively managing risks
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the portfolio
- Translate complex challenges into clear, decision-ready actions
- Connect commercial and operational perspectives, to drive the best portfolio decisions
Ultimately, success in this role is measured by portfolio profitability, availability, and the ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable growth
What we are looking for
- Solid experience within parallel import, multi-market operations, and commercial leadership
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience with scenario modeling and performance management
- Ability to prioritize effectively and focus efforts where they create the greatest business impact
- Proven track record in change management, stakeholder alignment and cross functional leadership
- Structured, hands-on and execution oriented mindset
- Comfortable making decisions in complex, fast-moving environments
- Data-driven with a strong continuous improvement mindset
- Clear and confident communicator who can simplify complexity and create alignment
