If you have a natural sense for business cases accompanied by strong communication and interpersonal skills, you might be the new commercial supporter of our Sales, Purchase, Hospital and Product Development teams. As our new student assistant, you will become a part of the Product Development team but you will have wide commercial tasks across several departments. The position is 15-20 hours per week. 

Your primary responsibilities and tasks will consist of the following:

  • Analyze and manage product data. 
  • Analyzing all supplier offer data received by suppliers.
  • Assist in conducting business analyzes and evaluating the findings. 
  • Assist in examining patents and assessing their relevance to the company's product portfolio. 
  • Assist in analyzing new opportunities. 
  • Support our automatization and digitalization journey. 
  • Evaluate supplier product offers. 
  • Prepare materials for supplier visits, and handle  recaps. 
  • Other commercial and administrative tasks. 

More about you

You are currently pursuing a relevant degree within business or perhaps pharma. 

Besides this, you have the willingness to learn about this niche industry.

But most important it is that, you

  • have a positive attitude and commercial flair.
  • are ambitious and see yourself in a commercial role long-term.
  • are dedicated, responsible and have a "can do attitude".
  • can work independently and with different teams.
  • are good in English, both written and verbally. German & Danish will be an advantage, but not a requirement. 
  • have good IT skills, and experience in Microsoft Office. 
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.

QA/QC Manager

Du bliver ansvarlig for et dedikeret team, bestående af 5 QC-specialister og 2 QA-specialister, som varetager det operationelle kvalitetsarbejde, samt er bidragsyder til vores strategiske initiativer. På gruppeniveau har 2care4 ApS to kvalitetsafdelinger; Quality Assurance og Operational Quality. Stillingen er placeret i sidstnævnte gruppe, hvor du vil referere til Head of Group Operational Quality.

Vores ambition er at styrke og videreudvikle kvalitetssamarbejdet mellem vores sites og få skabt en mere global, professionel og skalerbar kvalitetsorganisation med højere effektivitet og som kan sikre vores fortsatte udvikling, ved f.eks. implementering af globale standarder på det danske site. 

Ansvarsområder i stillingen:

  • Ledelse, motivation og videreudvikling af QC/QA-teamet
  • Koordination og planlægning af QC/QA-kapacitet ift. daglig drift, så batchfrigivelser kan ske rettidigt. 
  • Ansvarlig for- og i samarbejde QA-medarbejdere for GMP/GDP- træning og undervisning af produktions, - lagerpersonale.   
  • Optimering og sikre implementering af globale standarder på det danske site. 
  • Projektdeltagelse lokalt og en synlig rolle for udvikling af den operationelle kvalitetsprofil. 
  • Systematisk arbejde med CAPA´er, afvigelser, CC´er og risikovurderinger.
  • Arbejde med Operational Excellence programmer, eks. LEAN 

For at opnå succes i stillingen skal du med en stærk faglig profil have lyst til at lede et dedikeret QA/QC-team, og samtidig arbejde mere overordnet med operationelle kvalitetsstandarder.

Du har en uddannelsesmæssig baggrund som farmaceut, cand.scient., farmakonom eller hvis du har en anden profil, der passer til et GxP reguleret miljø. Det er afgørende at du har:

  • Flere års erfaring som leder og at du har en motiverende og inkluderende ledelsesstil.
  • Du har erfaring fra GDP/GMP - miljøer og kender til lovgivningen for området. 
  • Du har en pragmatisk tilgang til kvalitetsarbejde og evner at håndtere kvalitetsudfordringer nuanceret.
  • Du har en analytisk og metodisk tilgang til opgaverne men evner samtidig en praktisk eksekvering.
  • Du behersker engelsk i skrift og tale.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Procurement Specialist who want to help ensure optimal supplier performance and contract management for the company's production sites in Denmark and Poland and supporting functions.

2care4 parallel imports medicine and is thus an important player that helps to ensure competition in the market. We employ more than 350 people in Denmark, Poland, Germany, Sweden, and Norway and have grown rapidly since our establishment in 2005. Our business is based on good business acumen, market insight and good data.

You are offered a position in a particularly attractive company, where you both gain influence and help expand the scope of the function. The position refers to the company's COO and you will have close cooperation and sparring with colleagues in QA, registration, planning as well as the heads of site Operations and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • create strategy for Operations Procurement securing future supply and optimal footprint
  • identification and selection of potential suppliers in Europe
  • in collaboration with Legal & Compliance to prepare tender materials and supplier contracts
  • negotiation of main agreements for e.g., packaging, GDP transport and other services
  • full contract management for cardboard, labels, printed materials, transports, and other categories
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) including performance follow up and issue resolution

Expected numbers of yearly travel days is 30 in Europe, predominantly to Poland.

About you
You have several years of experience from the functional area of ​​purchasing, including experience with creating purchase agreements for packaging materials and preferably also with the purchase of freight agreements.

You are passionate about optimizing value creation across the entire value chain and it is natural for you to build external partnerships, just as you are good at collaborating broadly within the organisation. You have a structured and self-driven mindset with a passion for getting things done. Experience from the Pharma industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. In terms of education, you probably have a medium-term education at BSc or diploma level. We expect you to be fluent in written and spoken English.
