Muuto is an international design company that works with leading contemporary designers to deliver new perspectives on Scandinavian design across furniture, lighting and accessories. We are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark with employees in 25 countries across the globe. We are experiencing rapid growth and are therefore looking for a sales coordinator to strengthen our sales support and customer care department further.

Sales coordinator

We are looking for two new sales coordinators to support our sales managers and customers on the German-speaking markets. One is a maternity cover that runs approx. one year, the other is a permanent position.  You will be part of a team of 25 other sales coordinators, working from our HQ in Copenhagen, and you will play an important role in Muuto striving to provide best in class service.


Key tasks involve

  • Continuous dialogue with the sales manager(s) and customers in your market(s)

  • Create orders and quotes in our system, so knowledge of ERP systems like Navision, SAP, AX etc. is an advantage

  • Answering a wide variety of questions and assisting in securing sales

  • Coordination with our supply chain, warehouse, and forwarders securing on time deliveries


Your profile & competencies

  • You communicate effectively with customers, associates, managers, outside and internal contacts - both written and orally

  • You are a proven multi-tasker and can juggle multiple cases/orders at a time

  • You are service minded, detail oriented and structured to the bone

  • You have a positive and energetic personality with problem solving capabilities

  • You take ownership of tasks and execute them with the highest level of integrity

  • You are a team player but also work independently

  • The position requires that you are fluent in German and in English

  • A Bachelor degree is preferred
