This position is within the Market Intelligence area of the Business Development department, which also includes Product Management and Marketing. Business Development interacts with many parts of the organization, striving for commercial excellence. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a student worker within Market Intelligence, you will support the Market Intelligence Manager and work independently with the following tasks:
- Provide the data foundation for decision-making at senior management levels.
- Analysis of quantitative data: Maintain and prepare Excel sheets and perform analyses and data visualizations.
- Information retrieval: Monitor a range of sources and proactively search for information across formats, sources, and languages.
- Support for our market databases: Act as a superuser and assist others in using our external database platforms, including performing ad-hoc data extraction.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You are an ambitious student studying Cand. merc., cand. oecon. or a similar program, with the desire and willingness to embrace a steep learning curve. Most important: you are a logical thinker and analytically strong, able to see and understand connections between individual pieces of information and identify and recognize trends in data.
Furthermore you:
- Can structure quantitative data and ensure consistent and relevant data visualization.
- Have a strong business understanding and can determine when data and information are relevant to the business.
- Are detail-oriented, take pride in thoroughly checking deliverables, and are eager to dive deep into a topic to search for critical details within a large amount of information.
- Are patient and appreciate the process of searching until finding something useful.
- Are comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Are proficient in English and have a basic understanding of Danish.
