As our new student assistant in Regulatory Affairs, you will become part of a team of six highly competent colleagues, who are happy to share their knowledge. The position will involve 10-15 working hours per week, Monday to Friday during normal working hours.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data and uploading documents into electronic Regulatory Affairs databases
  • Supporting the submission of applications for new marketing authorisations, variations, and notifications
  • Assisting with the preparation and proofreading of product information (Summary of Product Characteristics, package leaflets, and packaging texts)
  • Creating and maintaining finished product specifications for warehouse intake
  • Creating and maintaining internal procedures and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Proofreading documents prepared by your colleagues
  • Handling administrative regulatory affairs ad hoc tasks

 

Detail oriented and eager to learn
You are currently enrolled in a science-based, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related degree programme e.g. Pharmacy or Biomedicine.

As a person you work systematically and in a goal-oriented manner, and you thrive both working independently and as part of a team. You take responsibility for your tasks and place a strong emphasis on quality in your work. You have strong analytical skills, are highly thorough, and pay great attention to detail, while also being curious and eager to learn more. In addition, you have a positive attitude and want to contribute to our culture. You communicate clearly and fluently, both in writing and verbally, in Danish and English, and preferably have written knowledge of one or more Nordic languages. Finally, you have solid Excel and general IT skills.

Student Assistant for QA/PV at 2care4 Generics

Would you like to build knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry and gain valuable experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Pharmacovigilance (PV) - surrounded by skilled and dedicated colleagues in an exciting company?

 

At 2care4 Generics, we are looking for a student assistant for our QA/PV department in either Esbjerg or Odense. You will become part of a company working with generic medicines and managing products across markets in the pharmaceutical industry.

As a student assistant in QA/PV, you will gain practical insight into the pharmaceutical industry and become an important part of our control function. You will help create structure and drive progress in our processes and collaborate across the organization.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

  • Monthly follow-ups on various tasks
  • Collecting different types of documentation from pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Assisting in the preparation of quality reports
  • Updating various Excel lists and graphs
  • Filing and archiving
  • Ad hoc tasks

You will have the opportunity to build valuable knowledge about generics and quality requirements in the pharmaceutical industry and work closely with experienced and dedicated colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge.

 

Who are you?
We imagine that you are currently pursuing a relevant higher education degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, or a similar field and are looking for a relevant student job where you can build valuable knowledge.

As a person, you are thorough, methodical, and detail-oriented. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and are not afraid to ask for help if you are unsure. You approach tasks proactively and solution-oriented, contributing to collaboration and positive energy across teams.

Knowledge of GxP and Excel is an advantage, but not a requirement.
