In this role, you will play a key part in building and scaling the commercial function within our generics business. We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, solid business acumen, and the drive to make a real impact.
You will take on a broad range of responsibilities, from developing business cases for future launches to forecasting and pricing existing products, while also contributing to the strategic direction of the business.
You will join a department focused on product launch and lifecycle management, covering Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Launch Management, and Artwork. The role involves close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and you are expected to thrive in a collaborative environment and actively contribute to value creation.
Your key responsibilities:
- Drive commercial strategy to maximize portfolio performance and pipeline execution
- Own pricing and forecasting for the generics portfolio
- Partner with launch teams to strengthen future product launches
- Challenge status quo and drive continuous improvements
- Optimize forecast, inventory, and delivery performance across the portfolio
- Lead the S&OP process and monthly reviews
Commercial and data-driven
We imagine that you have an academic background with a strong focus on business and analytics, for example a Cand.Merc. or an engineering degree. You bring experience with sales and negotiation, ideally from the pharmaceutical industry, and have a solid commercial mindset combined with an understanding of tender mechanisms.
You work in a structured and data-driven way, applying strong analytical skills to problem-solving, and you are comfortable collaborating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You are proficient in standard MS Office applications, and experience with D365 F&O is considered an advantage.
