We’re looking for a PPC specialist based at our production site in Brno but is part of our Group Marketing at our HQ in Denmark - playing a key role in accelerating our global digital growth. You’d drive paid search performance across major markets (US, UK, Germany, Denmark, France, Spain, Italy - and the list goes on) with plenty of freedom to test, optimise, and shape strategy. You will "own" the PPC strategy and act as the agency specialist on behalf for our markets.
Own and Elevate KOMPAN’s Global PPC Strategy Across Major Markets
In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across many markets and platforms, playing a key part in accelerating KOMPAN’s digital performance.
You will collaborate closely with analytics, CRM, and local marketing teams to ensure our campaigns are effective, data‑driven, and ready for the future of AI‑powered marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms.
- Build account structures, keyword strategies, and ad copy aligned with the global brand and local priorities.
- Set up conversion tracking, audience targeting, and remarketing in collaboration with analytics and CRM teams.
- Work with local markets on campaign goals, budgets, and lead quality.
- Monitor and improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Test and adopt new advertising technologies and AI‑driven platforms (Performance Max, Demand Gen, predictive bidding).
- Manage A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Create playbooks, dashboards, and best practices for regional marketing teams.
Experienced PPC Strategist Ready to Lead Multi‑Market Growth
We imagine that you have 3-5+ years of experience managing large‑scale PPC campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You have practical knowledge of Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio (or similar tools).
You are experienced in lead‑generation campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment, and in managing multi-market and multi-language campaigns.
Additionally, we imagine that you have:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable optimization steps.
- An understanding of AI‑driven automation (Performance Max, smart bidding, generative formats).
- Knowledge of landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion improvement.
- A proactive, data‑driven, and growth‑oriented mindset - testing, experimenting, and exploring new opportunities.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic international environment.
