We are aiming to expand the business and therefore we are looking for a new person to join our passionate colleagues in our Team Sweden. The right candidate will get the opportunity to influence and put their own mark on the new key position in the team. The person will work closely together with the Head of Sales. 

Your main responsibility will be to expand the B2B customer portfolio and at the same time nurture the current customers. You do this by constantly having your finger on the pulse so that you can find and contact new, potential customers. 

In the beginning, you will be guided and introduced to your job tasks through an onboarding program, but it is also expected that you will be self-driven that you create your own job in a short period of time.

You should expect travel activity +/- 50 days.  

Your responsibilities: 

  • Analyze and contact new potential customers.
  • Travel to customer meetings in Sweden.
  • Daily communication every day in English and Swedish with the customers and colleagues.
  • Develop and increase the Sales in the Swedish market. 

Your qualifications: 

  • You will ideally have an education from a university or similar (bachelor’s degree).
  • Previous work experience 1- 3 years, not limited to be within textiles. However, it is expected that you have experience with project sales. 
  • Are Result- and business oriented.
  • Are able to make decisions and work independently as well as in teams. 
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Can create solutions that are good for both your customers and the company.
  • Are at the forefront, outreach and relationship-building, and you can translate numbers and thoughts into action and business.

Key Responsibilities:

You will have a very important role to coordinate, support and communicate in English with our colleagues in Denmark and the Far East every day, and you will have the daily communication in French both by phone and email every day with our customers. 

You will be responsible to continue the good relations, we have with our customers and support with new business activities. We operate in a fast-paced industry that goes across borders and cultures. Therefore, we expect you to have a big drive combined with an eye for details and the communication skills which ensures smooth cooperation both with our colleagues in the Far East and our customers. In the new role as strategic sales supporter light travel activity must be expected.

Trademark Textiles is a full-service textile manufacturer with HQ in Kolding, Denmark. We produce Private Label textiles and related products for customers all over the world. With 20 years of knowledge and experience in the textile industry, we are specialized in socks, T-shirts & underwear for all genders.

Trademark’s new Global Buying Graduate is a position, where you shall assist in procuring textiles for selected customers. Your tasks include developing samples, ensuring a production, in the right specified quality, at competitive prices, and that it is delivered within the given timeline. This means it will be your responsibility to negotiate contracts, prices. You will be part of a young team consisting of colleagues from different nationalities and cultures. 

We offer introduction programs, and ongoing support and sparring to make sure you get the best possible start in the company so you will be well-equipped to handle your own responsibilities.

You will be involved in a wide range of activities across the company value chain and will work closely together with sales, design, and our local Far East offices daily. There will be frequent travelling to the Far East involved in this position. Expected travelling days are around 40-60 days per year.

Our international office located in Southern Denmark (Kolding) can offer you a young and flexible working environment. We support staying active with running days, company events, volleyball after work. Your time with us will start with an on-boarding program to make sure you get introduced to all aspects of your job task and will be followed up by continuous sparring with your manager.

What is expected of you:

  • A relevant academic degree preferably in International Business or Marketing.
  • That you are able to communicate fluently in English, both written and oral.
  • We see it as a positive addition to your qualifications if you have gained international experience during your past work, studies, or travels abroad. 
  • Good economic understanding, and a flair for numbers and calculations, and experience with Excel.
  • It is expected that you travel 40 - 60 days per year.
  • To be a team player and have the ability to work in a highly competitive industry.
  • You should be very detail oriented.

If you are a self-motivating person with an interest to learn and experience new things in a challenging job, then an internship at Trademark Textiles A/S might just be the right thing for you.During your internship you will get the opportunity to gain huge insight in the full value chain: from the very first productidea, development, production, and transportation of goods.

Trademark Textiles A/S produces, designs, and sells private label accessories to well-known fashion brands all over Europe. In Trademark Textiles A/S you will be working in a young, dynamic, and international company with dedicated young people from all over Europe. We have an ambitious and informal working environment, structured introduction program, and good working conditions with free lunch arrangement, and we have also different social activities throughout the year.

 

We prefer if you:

  • Are interested in working with purchase, and the production process of fashion garments. 
  • Are interested in working with foreign countries. 
  • Are good with numbers and calculations. 
  • Speak and write English, and preferable also one of the following languages: Danish, Dutch, German, Polish, and Spanish. 
  • Think and work independently.

 

Your daily work tasks:

  • Ensuring the right production and delivery of the garments, oversee the whole process and constantly checking everything is done the right way. 
  • Get in touch with customers: Understand their needs and wishes. 
  • Get in touch with both our colleagues and factories in the Far East.

 

Our company is placed in Southern Denmark, Kolding. Here you will come to work in an international company with young and dedicated colleagues. We have good working conditions and an informal environment, where you will be introduced to your job tasks during the first weeks.
