Den rigtige profil har en struktureret tilgang til samarbejdet med vores nuværende kunder og forstår vigtigheden i god kundeservice samt et stærkt fokus på at holde "flow" i den overordnede kundepipeline. Man skal kunne håndtere både eksisterende kunder samt have evnen og lysten til at on-boarde nye kunder i primært Danmark og med hovedfokus på vores produkter rettet imod vores "female fashion" segment. Det er klart en fordel, hvis man har en generel interesse for "fashion", men direkte erfaring med modebranchen er ikke en nødvendighed.

Trademark Textiles is a rapidly growing company. You will report to the HR Specialist, but your daily tasks will be diverse, with contact to all employees.

About you:

  • Good English skills, both spoken and written. We use English daily.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (email/calendar), and social media.
  • A good understanding of other cultures and an interest in learning more about them.
  • Systematic and able to maintain an overview, even when interrupted during work.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A team player - and willing to lend a hand even if the task falls outside your usual area of responsibility.
  • A valid driver’s license for a regular car.
  • Ideally, a "technical flair" to help if, for example, a printer is malfunctioning.

The tasks:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, e.g., posting job ads on Danish and international portals, inviting candidates, and other communication.
  • Opportunity to work on creating materials for internal and external marketing of the HR department, such as for job fairs.
  • Coordinating events and managing the staff association.
  • Ensuring a good welcome for our new employees: planning and conducting introductory processes.
  • Organizing accommodation for foreign employees and providing information about "life in Denmark."
  • Counting and ordering office supplies.
  • Ordering food/helping with cleanup when our chef is on vacation or has other tasks.
  • Many other administrative and practical tasks across the company, such as gift shopping, meeting invitations, etc.

About Trademark: 

Trademark Textiles A/S is a leading designer, producer, and supplier of private-label accessories for top fashion brands across Europe. As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are expanding our team in Benelux and looking for a driven and results-oriented Key Account Manager to take our business to the next level.

This role requires around one year of training at our headquarters in Kolding, Denmark, to gain in-depth knowledge of our business before the opportunity to relocate to our brand-new office in the Netherlands with attached showroom.

In this key role, you will work closely with the Sales manager to strengthen our B2B customer portfolio, develop long-term relationships, and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for both new business development and nurturing existing accounts, ensuring continuous expansion in the Dutch market.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers through proactive outreach and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Plan, forecast, and drive sales growth independently while collaborating with the team.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • First year: +/- 50 travel days per year, afterwards it will change due to the relocation and more daily visits.

Your qualifications: 

  • 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in textiles or a related industry.
  • A proven track record of expanding business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, seek trends and opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and a structured approach to account management.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).

The job:

We are expanding our presence and looking for a motivated Business Developer to help grow our Dutch market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong drive for sales, whether you are a recent graduate or have some experience in sales or business development. Please note that this position is on-site  at our headquarters in Kolding, Denmark.

In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking. You will build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for growth in the Dutch market.

Regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers will be an essential part of your role to drive business development. You will also participate in online and in-person meetings, including strategy discussions and product collection presentations. It is expected that this position requires approximately 45-60 travel days per year, combined with business trips to visit our production sites in the Far East. 

Your qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, management, fashion, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • A proactive, outgoing, and relationship-focused approach to business development.
  • Willingness to take initiative, make cold calls, and convert leads into clients.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (required - this will be tested during the hiring process).

Previous experience 1 - 3 years in sales or textiles is an advantage but not required, as we provide full training.
