As a Global Buying Intern at Trademark Textiles, you’ll take your first step into the global fashion supply chain. You’ll be directly involved in turning product ideas into reality more efficiently, ethically, and collaboratively. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into international sourcing, production, and negotiation within a fast-paced industry.


What you’ll actually do

  • Work with different teams to bring fashion products from sketch to store
  • Manage orders, samples, and supplier relationships (using ERP systems)
  • Ensuring the right production and delivery of the garments and oversee the whole process everything is done the right way
  • Negotiate timelines and pricing, and keep production moving smoothly

Who you are

  • Good in English (extra points if you speak German, Dutch, Danish, Spanish, or Polish)
  • Detail-oriented and confident working with numbers and tools
  • Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program

Sales Graduate - International Markets

The role:

Trademark is an ambitious and growing international company, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Graduate to join our commercial team in Kolding, Denmark. This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop within sales, with a strong focus on building relationships, understanding customers, and contributing to long-term business growth.

As a Sales Graduate, you will work across a mix of account management and business development activities. Your primary focus will be on supporting and developing existing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service, and identifying opportunities to grow our business with current clients. At the same time, you will gain exposure to new business development by assisting in prospecting, outreach, and early-stage customer engagement.

You will be involved in the full commercial process, from initial customer contact and relationship building to managing ongoing projects and supporting the delivery of successful outcomes. A key part of the role is developing a strong understanding of customer needs, product requirements, and how to navigate our international production setup.

Over time, you will be expected to take increasing ownership of your own customer portfolio, ensuring clear structure, follow-up, and progression of opportunities. This includes maintaining control of your pipeline, understanding the next steps for each opportunity, and supporting the conversion of business into long-term partnerships.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues and management, receiving hands-on training and continuous feedback to support your development.

Your Profile:

  • You have recently graduated or have up to 1-2 years of experience in a commercial role 
  • You have a strong interest in sales, relationship building, and international business 
  • You are proactive, structured, and take ownership of your work 
  • You are motivated by achieving results and developing your commercial skills 
  • You communicate confidently and professionally 
  • You are curious, willing to learn, and able to understand customer needs 
  • You are fluent in English and have an additional language, preferably Swedish, Spanish, Polish or German. 

Experience within textiles or private label is not required, as full training will be provided.

The role involves approximately 30-50 travel days per year, including customer visits and occasional trips to our production partners in Asia.
