Shape Our People Agenda. Drive Business Impact.

At Trademark Textiles, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with the ambition and potential to grow into an HR Manager role. The position is on-site.

You know how to turn strategy into practical action and are equally comfortable advising the CEO, developing HR priorities, and handling the day-to-day realities of a stand-alone HR function. As a trusted partner to our CEO, you will build and strengthen our HR foundation, create clear and effective processes, support leaders and employees across the organisation, and ensure that our people practices contribute directly to the performance and growth of the business.

Your Role: From Direction to Results

Your most important responsibility will be to ensure that HR priorities are translated into practical solutions that work across the organisation and impacts the business. You will set a clear direction, take ownership of implementation, and embed new initiatives into everyday ways of working

Your Primary Responsibilities

Strong culture ambassador: Preserve and strengthen our commercial DNA, ensuring that our entrepreneurial mindset and focus on results are reflected across the organisation. At the same time, you champion the development of our colleagues and help create an environment where people and performance grow together.

Establishment and operations: You will take ownership of the entire annual HR cycle, from talent, culture, employment law, organisation to performance.

Partnering with the CEO: Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the HR direction at Trademark Textiles. Together with the CEO and senior leaders, you will translate business priorities and organisational needs into clear initiatives and practical action

Proactive employee engagement: You will be the person who moves around in the organisation identifying improvements, takes the pulse of the workplace, and initiates actions accordingly.

Who Are You?

You hold a master’s degree and bring more than six years of experience from a similar role, ideally as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international organisation. You are comfortable working across cultures and are now ready to take on broader responsibility in a small HR team, where you can play a leading role in shaping the function, setting the direction and turning ideas into action. You become motivated by having to implement your own ideas and plans.

You bring a broad HR expertise: You have the experience and confidence to set the direction, make informed decisions and action your plans independently.

You think strategically: You can see the bigger picture and translate it into concrete actions and effective execution.

You are proactive and outgoing: You are genuinely interested in your colleagues. You actively seek dialogue, maintain a visible presence throughout the organisation, and act based on what you observe.

You have strong cultural intelligence: You thrive in an international environment and understand the nuances involved in working across more than 20 nationalities.

You are structured: You understand the importance of strong and reliable systems.
