Trademark Textiles A/S består af cirka 100 medarbejdere i Danmark og udland og beskæftiger sig med salg og design af Private Label tøj og accessories til en række anerkendte brands på det europæiske marked. Virksomheden er etableret i 2004 og har de seneste år oplevet en betydelig vækst. Der er en flad organisering, hvor der arbejdes i tværfaglige teams, hvilket er med til at skabe et godt sammenhold og fællesskab. I denne nyoprettede stilling får du reference til regnskabschefen, og du bliver en del af et team på i alt fem kollegaer.  

Ansvar og opgaver  

I finans ønsker vi at understøtte og udvikle forretningen i endnu højere grad. Dette er årsagen til at vi har brug for dig i vores team. Driften gør vi godt, og der er stor grundighed i vores generelle økonomistyring. I forbindelse med forestående ERP opgradering til Business Central har vi behov for at gentænke vores arbejdsgange på tværs af funktioner. Samtidigt har vi behov for at videreudvikle stærke dataværktøjer som kan understøtte vores funktion som sparringspartner til forretningen. 

Når du træder ind i denne rolle, vil du efter en introduktion til forretningen, vores arbejdsmetoder og procedurer, bruge størstedelen af din arbejdstid på at udvikle, igangsætte og drive en række forskellige udviklingsinitiativer, ligesom du vil indgå i tæt samarbejde med driften i forhold til potentielle muligheder og udviklingsområder.  

Dine opgaver opsummeret: 

  • Arbejde med vores brug af Power BI samt udvikling heraf. 
  • Optimering af processer ved overgangen fra Nav 2018 til Business Central. 
  • Løbende controlling af drift, ordre, lager, mv. 
  • Analyse og diverse rapportering. 
  • Udvikling af værktøjer, procedure, arbejdsgange mv. til optimering af information og processer i den samlede forretning.  
  • Drive og eksekvere projekter og udviklingsinitiativer indenfor økonomi. 
  • Support og sparring til det øvrige team og til regnskabschefen. 

Kvalifikationer 

Vi forestiller os at du er uddannet indenfor økonomi. Længden på din uddannelse er ikke afgørende, det er derimod din generelle økonomiforståelse og lyst til at ville udfordre og udvikle det eksisterende. Ideelt set besidder du følgende kompetencer: 

  • Uddannet indenfor økonomi. 
  • Superbruger i MS Excel - Pivottabeller og LOPSLAG er hverdagskost for dig.  
  • Erfaring med Microsoft Power BI. 
  • Erfaring med Dynamics 365 Business Central. 
  • Gerne kendskab til Microsoft Power Apps. 
  • Trives i en selvstændig rolle, hvor du selv er med til at definere dine opgaver - de skal give mening både for dig og for forretningen. 
  • Trives i en opsøgende rolle i tæt samarbejde med kollegaer på tværs teams og lande. 
  • Flydende i skrift og tale på engelsk.

With more than 20 years of knowledge and experience in the textile industry, we are specialized in socks, T-shirts & underwear for all genders.

The job:

Trademark is a fast-growing global company that wants to expand further and create continued growth in France.

We are searching for a strong salesperson which is capable to handle our French accounts, is good in communication, developing long-term business relations, and growing the business in the French market.

Next to that, we expect that you as our salesperson to have the ability to identify, contact and then manage to convert leads into customers. Regularly calling new potential customers, to online planning meetings with pilot customers, to in person strategy and collection meetings with existing and new customers you win, to maximize the sales for Trademark through relationship building and growing the partnership with our customers.

Our journey in the French market started 2 years ago, when we decided to focus heavily on the market, due to the big potential. At this moment we have several clients in France, and we want to grow further and take it to the next level.

Based on your ability to constantly keep your "eye on the ball" you will become a part of a team that is growing and as your results improve you will be setting the scene for the French Market and helping to define the future sales strategy. You will learn to master "private label fashion garments" hence it is required that you can understand your customer’s needs & business setup combined with a strong focus on understanding complex production setups in Asia.

You will be working closely together with the Sales Manager in achieving your sales targets related to growing our French market to the next level.

Your qualifications:

  • You will ideally have an economical / management or fashion education from the University or similar (bachelor’s degree) but not essential.
  • 1-3 years’ full time working experience would be preferable, but not a must.
  • You are results driven and want to achieve your goals.
  • You can identify and create solutions for the benefit of the customer as well as our company.
  • You have a strong drive to succeed combined with a competitive mindset.
  • You are extrovert, proactive and can communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • You are trustworthy, skilled in building relations and can turn thoughts into actions.
  • You are not afraid of cold calling, emailing, and meeting potential new customers.
  • You speak French and English. This will be tested during the hiring processes (applicants without this knowledge are not considered for the position)

We do not require any textile experience as we have the internal capacities to educate the right candidate. (Textile experience will be considered as an advantage though)

It is expected that this position requires approximately 45-60 travel days per year, combined with business trips to visit our production sites in the Far East.

As a Buyer you will be responsible of procuring textile for selected customers and develop our supply chain. Your Profile:

  • You can communicate fluently in English, both written and oral. It is also a plus if you can speak: Danish, German, Dutch/French, Polish or Spanish as we are looking for buyers to different teams.
  • Have a relevant academic degree, Bachelor level or higher preferably in Business and/or Fashion. 
  • Previous work experience (+2 years) within procurement, not limited to be within textiles.

  • Good economic understanding, with a flair for numbers and calculations, and more than basic experience with Excel.
