Job description and responsibilities:

We are looking for a Global Buying Graduate to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. This is your first step into the world of global fashion sourcing, working closely with our teams in Europe and Asia.

  • Coordinate the process from design sketch to store delivery
  • Manage orders, samples, and supplier relationships using ERP systems
  • Travel to the Far East (~40-60 days/year) to visit factories and strengthen partnerships
  • Negotiate timelines and pricing, ensuring production flows smoothly
  • Work closely with colleagues from multiple departments to meet customer needs

Qualifications/Skills:

  • University degree (preferably in business, fashion, logistics, or related fields)
  • Professional command of English and German
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with confidence working with numbers and digital tools
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to work in an international environment

We are expanding our presence and looking for a motivated Business Developer to help grow our Dutch and Belgian market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong drive for sales, whether you are a recent graduate or have some experience in sales or business development. Please note that this position is on-site at our headquarters in Kolding, Denmark.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. 
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth in the Dutch market.
  • Have regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers and participate in online and in-person meetings, including strategy discussions and product collection presentations.
  • +/- 50 travel days per year, combined with business trips to visit our production sites in the Far East.

Your qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, management, fashion, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • A proactive, outgoing, and relationship-focused approach to business development.
  • Willingness to take initiative, make cold calls, and convert leads into clients.

Previous experience 1 - 3 years in sales or textiles is an advantage but not required, as we provide full training.

Ansvar og opgaver 

I finans har vi et behov for at udvide kapaciteten af vores daglige drift. Dette er årsagen til at vi har brug for dig i vores team. Driften gør vi godt, og der er stor grundighed i vores generelle økonomistyring. Vi har endnu ikke lagt os fast på et ugentligt timetal, angiv derfor i din ansøgning, hvilke ønsker og muligheder du har. Når du træder ind i denne rolle, vil du efter en introduktion til forretningen, vores arbejdsmetoder og procedurer, bruge størstedelen af din arbejdstid på faste bogholderimæssige opgaver, bl.a. debitor/kreditor ajourføring, men også af ad-hoc opgaver og projekter, som kræver, at du kan sætte dig ind i en problemstilling og handle ud fra det overblik du danner dig. Du vil få et tæt samarbejde med vores nuværende bogholder.

Kvalifikationer

Vi forestiller os at du er uddannet indenfor økonomi. Længden på din uddannelse er ikke afgørende, det er derimod din generelle økonomiforståelse, dit gode overblik og din grundighed. Det er vigtigt, at du er god til engelsk - både mundtligt og skriftligt, da du vil få mange internationale kollegaer, hvilket medfører, at meget af den daglige kommunikation foregår på engelsk.

Ideelt set besidder du følgende kompetencer:

  • Uddannet indenfor økonomi.
  • Har gerne nogle års erfaring fra bogholderi-/økonomifunktion - Er du nyuddannet kan du også komme i betragtning
  • Har forståelse for kerneopgaverne og for sammenhængen mellem de forskellige funktioner i en handelsvirksomhed
  • Bruger i MS Excel
  • Trives i en opsøgende rolle i tæt samarbejde med kollegaer på tværs teams og lande.
  • Flydende i skrift og tale på engelsk. 
  • Har gerne tysk kundskaber, men er ikke et krav
