In Dynaudio A/S (HQ, Skanderborg), we’re looking for a new teammate, a Technical Designer, to handle our daily technical maintenance tasks in our ambitious R&D department.
Your main responsibility will be to support our technical development and maintenance on an operational level. It’s a crucial job, which will enable other close colleagues to focus more intensely on research and development tasks. In other words: Your can-do-attitude, reliable effort and fundamental competences are sorely needed.

This means that every day 230 employees in Dynaudio worldwide work together to create incredible loudspeakers for homes, professional studios and custom-install set-ups as well as just as extraordinary sound systems for cars.
As our new Technical Designer your mission is of course to support our purpose. You do that by supporting your colleagues and taking on these primary tasks:
- Assisting in product projects with drawings and documentation.
- Updating and maintaining our databases (Windchill, D365, Jira)
- Working with product maintenance.
As a secondary task, you’ll be responsible for some system maintenance such as ensuring that the ERP system is up to date with the correct documentation plus you’ll help convert old Inventor drawings to the new Creo environment.
Your assigned work desk is at our HQ in Skanderborg, and you’ll be an integral part of our growing Research & Development department. You’ll be free to plan your own time, which includes working from home often and having flexible working hours to balance your professional and social life.
You’ll join a core R&D team of 8 colleagues working with Technical Design, Project Management and Mechanical Engineering. Your team is part of our entire R&D: Consumer department consisting of 20 colleagues focusing on Hi-Fi, Pro and Custom Install products.
Our workday is characterised as busy and challenging. At the same time there’s always room for cracking jokes, playing games, listening to music, eating cake and having a coffee break during the day.
Your technical manager will be our Senior Mechanical Engineer and your people manager will be our Chief Technical Officer.
YOU: THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
Ideally, you have 2-3 years of solid experience with similar tasks and responsibilities.
Other than that, we imagine you are tech savy and have hands-on experience with Office, CAD, PLM and ERP systems (Creo and Windchill experience is a big plus), which you combine with a systematic approach to problem solving.
English is company language, so you’ll need full professional proficiency. If you have professional Danish or Chinese proficiencies, it’s a plus.
You’ll take on a highly needed and cooperative job in an international company based in the heart of the Jutlandic peninsula - a 20-minute drive from Aarhus.

Salary is negotiated individually at a level that corresponds to the job requirements and your qualifications.
