Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

Do you want to ensure seamless installation of global leading playgrounds and outdoor sports and fitness sites in Spain? Then you might be our new Project Coordinator.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our office in Barcelona who will be responsible for immediate and on-site technical service for our customers and sales representatives, before, during and after installation.

Become part of a global leader in playgrounds and outdoor sport and fitness

As a Project Coordinator, you will ensure various important areas related to installation, including:

The quality of the work beyond the applicable standards
Compliance with the guidelines and tasks assigned
Compliance with the deadlines set by the client
Compliance with health and safety regulations

You will be the liaison between the client, transporters and installers and attend stakeholder and handover meetings. Supporting the coordination, you will draw small plans for the layout, dimensioning and construction details in AutoCAD.

Further, key responsibilities include:

Being the one responsible for health and safety on site
Drawing and modifying safety plans and basic prevention management documents
In the office, you will prepare the purchase and installation orders for installers, negotiate and calculate installation costs for special situations and control logistics

You will be based at our office in Barcelona, but the candidate must be available to cover installations throughout the peninsula.

Engineer with project coordination experience

You hold an education in Engineering, for instance Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Topography, Agronomy or similar.

You possess experience in a similar position as Project Coordinator and preferably within industries like recreational facilities, construction or landscaping.

Further we are seeking one who:

Are familiar with CRM - and ERP systems
Are a great coordinator and communicator ensuring efficient installation processes
Are experienced in administrative tasks related to project coordination

You must be able to travel regularly on short trips for 2-3 days maximum.
