Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

Create the visual footprint for KOMPAN

As our Senior Art Director, you will lead the visual direction of the company's brand, graphic production and various ad hoc projects. You will be involved in developing and visualizing creative concepts for our campaigns, product launches, catalogues and other initiatives.

You will take the lead in ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet both artistic standards and business objectives. Additionally, you will maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all communication channels and collaborate closely with stakeholders and leadership to understand their needs and present creative solutions.

Further, your key tasks and responsibilities include:

Conduct creative briefings and brainstorming sessions with the team.
Review design drafts and prototypes from other creatives, providing guidance and feedback.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and manage expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to film, motion graphics, and graphic design.

You will engage and cooperate with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You act as a 'trusted advisor' for stakeholders seeking advice and feedback, providing creative guidance and managing such relationships effectively.

The creative superpowers we are looking for

You hold a degree in Graphic Design, Creative Communication, or related field, and have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an Art Director.

Preferably you currently work as an Art Director or similar in a B2B or corporate environment, but with strong agency experience. You can demonstrate successful projects within design, motion graphics and film production and possess a creative vision and ability to develop innovative concepts and ideas.

What we value you have:

Strong communication skills - native in Danish and English on a high level
Strong track record of creating campaigns to global audiences.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a solid creative toolbox to play with
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software is a plus.

You will be part of the Editorial & Creative team within Group Marketing and refer to the Head of Editorial and Creative, Mathias Starklint.
