Your Role
As an HR Partner at Vestas aircoil, you'll play a pivotal role in advising our management team and shaping the HR function of a rapidly growing company. Based at our HQ in Vejle, Denmark, you'll report directly to the Group CFO and collaborate closely with HR colleagues in China and Romania.
Your Responsibilities
Among many exciting tasks you will have a leading role in further development and implementation of:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, managing the entire hiring process seamlessly.
- Design dynamic onboarding programs and ensure precise contract drafting and record maintenance.
- Lead the implementation of a global HR and payroll system, ensuring compliance with HR policies, GDPR regulations, and legislation.
- Drive employee engagement through the execution of satisfaction surveys and the design of performance appraisal methodologies.
- Identify training needs and develop tailored development initiatives, utilizing HR data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
What You Bring
We are seeking a candidate with a robust educational foundation in HR, coupled with a wealth of experience in crafting and implementing HR policies. Your adept organizational prowess and exceptional communication skills will be pivotal in this role. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a must.
