KOMPAN U.S. is looking for a dynamic National Key Account Manager - Hospitality to drive the growth and expansion of our outdoor play and fitness solutions within the hospitality segment.
The National Key Account Manager - Hospitality is responsible for driving nationwide sales growth within the hospitality vertical, including hotels, resorts, multi‑property groups, destination venues, and vacation rental brands. This role focuses on building and managing strategic partnerships, expanding national accounts, and positioning KOMPAN as the preferred provider of outdoor play and fitness solutions.
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams-including design, marketing, customer success, and operations-to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support large‑scale projects from concept through installation.

For more than 50 years, KOMPAN has researched, designed, and built innovative and imaginative commercial playground equipment and outdoor fitness sites that captivate all ages and abilities.
In collaboration with our global headquarters in Denmark, KOMPAN designs, manufactures, and installs more than 1,000 sites a month across 90 different countries. Our North American headquarters, located in Austin, Texas, supports field sales around the U.S. and Canada.

What You'll Do
Strategic Account Growth
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy for the hospitality segment.
- Identify, target, and acquire new hospitality groups, chains, and management companies.
- Grow revenue within existing national accounts through cross‑selling and multi‑site expansion.
- Build and maintain strong executive‑level relationships within key organizations.
Account Management & Partnership Development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for national hospitality clients.
- Conduct account reviews, track performance, monitor pipeline activity, and forecast revenue.
- Understand customer needs, brand standards, and property‑specific requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Present KOMPAN’s full portfolio of products, design services, and turnkey installation capabilities.
Project Coordination
- Partner with internal teams to support project planning, design, pricing, proposals, and installation.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project documents, contracts, and approvals.
- Resolve challenges proactively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Market & Industry Expertise
- Maintain deep knowledge of the hospitality sector, including trends, purchasing cycles, and decision‑making structures.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.
- Provide feedback to Product Development and Marketing based on market insights.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with Regional Sales Managers, Business Unit Managers, Field Sales and Inside Sales to support local site‑level engagement.
- Track KPIs and provide accurate reporting of account activity, sales performance, and pipeline forecasts.
- Use CRM tools to maintain detailed account records.
This position is based from your home office, with nationwide day and overnight travel (up to 50%).
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with national or key account management responsibilities.
- Experience selling into the hospitality sector strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of acquiring and growing large accounts.
- Ability to build strong executive‑level relationships and influence decision makers.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and complex multi‑site projects.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate value to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely.
- Willingness to travel nationally (up to 50%).
