What You’ll Do

· Sell and promote KOMPAN playground and fitness equipment to industry targets in your region, becoming an expert in design and functionality

· Prospect, network, and build a pipeline through activity-based sales

· Leverage the CRM by targeting market segments (e.g. schools, parks and recreation departments, municipalities, landscape architects, contractors, and housing developers)

· Create product awareness and demand by articulating the world-class quality of KOMPAN equipment through presentations and industry events

· Ensure quality communication with your customers throughout the sales process, from the design phase through installation and post-sale

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers and colleagues by answering incoming calls and emails to process quotes, claims, and orders for spare parts and warranties
  • Receive, prioritize, track, and resolve requests from customers, sales representatives, and members of the installation team for parts requests
  • Analyze technical documents and research historical installation information to determine warranty coverage for parts
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills to respond to all requests and provide continuous communication in a timely manner
  • Process quotes and create purchase orders for parts orders using Navision and CRM software programs, updating the requesting party with order confirmation and tracking information
  • Collaborate with internal teams for warranty approvals and missing parts requests on active installations, while maintaining knowledge of warehouse inventory

 

What You’ll Need

  • High school or equivalent, with 3+ years of customer-facing experience
  • 1+ years of experience preferred in technical processing / inventory control in the building materials or a construction-related industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Navision, and/or CRM preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time-management and task prioritization capabilities

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and prepare overviews of the installation schedules for playground and outdoor fitness construction projects
  • Collaborate with a team of designated sales professionals, field project managers, installers, third-party suppliers, and internal colleagues such as playground designers and pre-sales coordinators
  • Conduct pre-start meetings for project hand-off to verify that documentation is complete, contacting the sales professional or customer as needed to obtain clarification
  • Schedule and coordinate the start and end dates of installers
  • Coordinate with customers, field project managers, and third-party vendors to ensure installations meet customer expectations
  • Submit purchase orders for equipment and installation
  • Coordinate deliveries of KOMPAN and third-party products to US sites
  • Process change orders and adjust documentation to execute a successful installation
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete data in the project management software
  • Work with a team to troubleshoot unforeseen onsite conditions and minimize additional costs
  • Generate submittal packages and closeout documents to obtain project completion certificates from customers and installers

 

What You’ll Need

  • 3 or more years of professional experience
  • High School Diploma/GED required; advanced education preferred
  • Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experienced in pricing and calculating margins is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize projects, and independently manage workload
  • Understanding of construction is a plus
  • A supportive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in a similar HR role. Ideally, you hold a university diploma in Human Resources or a related field. 

You have successfully developed and implemented HR strategies that align with organizational goals, contributing to a journey of growth and success. While you may not have experience in a rapidly expanding organization, your familiarity with HR practices in both small and large companies equips you with the insights needed to build, execute, and streamline effective HR processes. Your experience spans multiple states and includes collaboration with sales departments, allowing you to serve as both a strategic HR advisor and an executor of actionable plans.

Importantly, you possess the ability to inspire and lead a team of HR specialists, each excelling in their respective areas.

Further, you possess/are:

  • Excellent project management skills, e.g., ability to prioritize projects and workload.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, e.g. ability to collaborate across functions, levels and locations. 
  • A solid understanding of ATS & HRIS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What You’ll Do

Billing & Invoicing

  • Generate and send customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Address and resolve billing discrepancies or client inquiries

Deposits & Collections

  • Record incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire, credit card, etc.)
  • Reconcile daily deposits and apply them to appropriate accounts
  • Assist with proactive collection efforts and escalate as needed

Travel & Expense Administration

  • Review employee expense reports for policy compliance and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with set up and maintaining travel accounts

General Accounting Tasks

  • Support month-end close activities (e.g., journal entries, reconciliations)
  • Maintain accounting files and documentation for audit readiness

What You’ll Need

  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role 
  • Internship or co-op experience in a finance/accounting team (a plus but not required)

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party contractors in complex, multi-site installation projects.
