Our team of highly skilled professionals from Poland and Lithuania is growing, and we are looking to add experienced welders to join us.
Open Positions: 1 Migatronic welding robot operator/programmer
Start Date: 08-09-2025 or as soon as possible. Notify us of your availability.
Location: Denmark - 160 minutes from the German/Danish border.
Project Duration: The project is initially planned for 4 weeks with the possibility of extending the project.
Rotations: 4x2, or let me know what fits you best.

Skills Required:
- Welder: Minimum 5 years of welding experience with certification 135/136/138 FW BW.
Certificates Required:
- Welder: Valid certificate 135/136/138 FW BW.
- Working environment and safety for welding and thermal cutting §17 from Denmark (formerly called §26 course). If you don’t have it, we can arrange for you to take an online course.
Job description
Welding work in the workshop. Welding long, omega-shaped structures. The structure weighs approximately 10 kg. The structure must be properly positioned, the elements must be hemmed, and finally, the robot welding process must begin. It's important to monitor the quality of the welds, the structure's positioning, and to be able to read technical drawings.
Work Schedule
- Day Shift: Monday to Saturday, 06:00 to 16:30.
Paid Hours: You are paid for 10 hours (with a 30-minute break, which is unpaid).
Overtime Pay: Monday to Thursday you receive overtime pay after 7,5 hours of work completed, Friday is after 7,0 hours of work completed. On Saturday and Sunday and in the evening/night you receive a special supplement. See the overtime rates and supplements on the - link.
Income
Day shift
Your net salary every 4 weeks at full employment after deducting accommodation: Net salary: 35.510 DKK (around 4.758 EUR ) **.

Extra to the salary:
- holiday allowance, flexible spending account (fritvalgskonto FVK), pension,
- Payroll every two weeks - optional advance of up to 6.000 DKK after 12 days of work.
Accommodation: VICOS arranges accommodation near the workplace. A single room with internet and access to kitchen and bathroom costs 135 DKK/day (utilities included) (around 18 EUR ). Please note that the rent has already been deducted in the net salary calculation above.
